Am Fuße des Wiehengebirges, unter Bäumen, direkt an einem kleinen Bach liegt das 800 m2 große, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück. Dieses Grundstück nutzt ihr ganz für euch alleine. Das Glampingzelt ist mit warmen Farben, einem großen Bett, vielen Kuschelkissen, Decken, Nachttischen, Lampen und einer schönen Sitzecke eingerichtet. Vor dem Zelt ist ein kleiner Lagerfeuerplatz. Unter der großen Trauerweide findet ihr eine romantische Sitzecke mit einem Grill.

Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.
