This is one place that would be great to stay at for your next holiday to Phillip Island, so close to beach, shops and cafes. No smoking policy Pets considered-outdoors only Please note sheets and bath towels are not provided. There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels. There is a cleaning fee of $55 and a linen fee of $55 and the total of $110 is charged to you. STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES OR GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS OF AGE.
