Nice, clean large space. Lots of storage space. Its in a great location just across from the station and a shopping mall. Clear instructions from host on how to get in.

Just WOW! Honestly one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Melbourne CBD. The place looks so much better in person! Fotos do not justify it. If you are doubting to book, do book, you won’t regret it! Very friendly host who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Place is stunning! There are so many positive things to say. I was torn between staying in the CBD or Southbank, and I definitely made the best choice. The apartment is almost right in front of the Yarra River, such a beautiful spot for walks. The whole area is so cozy and welcoming. The apartment was clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The sheets and duvet were hotel-quality, so soft to sleep in, and the same goes for the fluffy bath towels, plenty of them too. The shower had great pressure and was wonderfully hot, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The curtains in both the living room and bedroom were amazing. We even got to watch some ballet rehearsals from our balcony! John and his wife were very kind and polite. They gave us great local tips and even allowed us to check in earlier, as the apartment was ready ahead of time, which we really appreciated! The pool, hot jacuzzi, and sauna are definitely worth using, such a well-maintained space. Amazing hosts and an amazing place.

This Apartment is spacious, easy to manage and offers a gorgeous view. The Apartment is well located and was suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children.

We had a lovely time in the apartment, with very easy access to transportation, and many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance or a quick free tram ride away. Southern Cross Station is a five minute walk, which gives you access to regional and Metro trains, too. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and morning coffee on the balcony was a treat. Though we didn't actually use them, the gym and pool are great perks. We would happily stay here again.

Jordyns property was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. We loved the city view from the balcony and the comfy bed!! Indeed a perfect property for our weekend break. We will definitely be booking in again sometime!! Thanks Jordyn..

Great stay in 9th floor apartment. Great views and property was as advertised. Close to South Yarra and Chapel Street. Chris was very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable, thoughtful gifts, like wine and a litre of milk, chocolate biscuits! The beds were incredibly comfortable as were the balcony seats. Claire responds promptly and is extremely helpful in every way. We had an incredibly comfortable relaxing stay close to everything we could ever need!

Kelvis place was fantastic!! Perfect location, great communication and was made life so easy!! Definitely value for money!

Ikigai was a great host. The apartment is located close to the museums and restaurants and it is easy to get around by walking. We stayed in the apartment with our family and our son and felt right at home. I highy recommend Ikigai’s apartment.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Our stay was incredible! The house felt so cosy and had everything we needed a gym, BBQ, outdoor fire pit, and the sauna, which was definitely my favourite. Even the ambient lighting added to how relaxing it all felt. We loved it! Highly recommend!!!!

This beautiful home was the perfect location for my special celebration of my 30th Birthday! It was everything I wanted with a full kitchen, big dining, lots of open spaces, a FANTASTIC view! With great relaxing activities on site and off with the spa, sauna and walking tracks. Thank you Richard!
