Great place! Convenient location and very clean. The AC being on is not an issue as you can adjust for a higher temperature if need be. Communication was great as well. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay, Jamilah was always there to answer any questions. Very private, quiet and clean and a short walk or drive to the Avenue.

Hamid and Mrs. Sherry were absolutely wonderful all the reviews are true. Staying there felt like home, they were so kind and accommodating. Very helpful with any and everything. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was walking distance and close by. I felt extremely safe and well cared for. I would definitely give them a 10 out of 10. It’s one of the best places to stay in Trinidad and definitely the best place to stay for Carnival it was well worth the money. Thank you again for having me.

This is my wife and I second stay at Sir Louis space. They were professional,helpful, easy to communicate with. Location is close to transportation,nature, best restaurants and whatever else need to make your stay enjoyable. Well done Sir Louis and team!👍🏽

Hamid was a great host, responsive throughout the trip. The stay matched the description and photos. The amenities had everything you could need for carnival—located near all the events, secure access, AC, clean bed/linens, and a private shower.

We had a lovely stay at wood brook place, it is very clean with super comfortable beds. We felt safe with 24hr security and we had key cards to enter and exit the building. There are great restaurants and bars within the complex. Mary and the host were very responsive to all our needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Me and two friends stayed at Tamiko’s place for carnival it was amazing. First of all this was by far one of the least expensive options for carnival that we found. Second the location was perfect, exactly one mile walking from the Savannah made finding all the bands really easy. The apartment itself is much much nicer than the pictures, it’s simple but very nice and clean. Best of all Tamiko was such a gracious host. She showed us around town and gave great recommendations. This was such a great time, highly recommend

The communication with Sarona was super nice and easy from beginning to end. Our group felt very comfortable and right at home in this modern and tasteful house. There was everything and more of what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms and beds and sheets were new and comfortable. The house is located in a small gated community close to the highway but far enough to get a feeling of peace and quite and we felt very safe there. Really cannot praise Guy enough. He facilitated our late check in and had provided us with some hugely appreciated breakfast provisions (arrived after most stores closed). He was responsive and attentive throughout. Have never had an Airbnb host anticipate guests needs so well or respond so quickly and helpfully. We had no issues, but feel confident he’d have dealt with anything if we had! He’s also a very talented artist but needs to tell his guests before they’re leaving.

The home was very nice and close to all the things we were interested in. I would highly recommend this home to friends and family.

Clean, spacious, quiet, and safe. Amos goes above and beyond to provide everything you need to make your stay comfortable.  Stayed for a month and every small detail was provided for and if it wasn't, he went the distance to fulfill my request.  If you're thinking of booking, take the leap, you will have no regrets. I just want to say that Reynold and co-host were extremely understanding, patient and just all round beautiful people. The place was exactly like the pictures. The pool! What a beauty! Felt so relaxing (the deck was my fav spot this short weekend). All in all, if you just want to be away from home and just disconnect, J Flats is the place for you.

After 20 days at this residence, I can confidently say we had a wonderful time and would absolutely return. With family all over Trinidad, this place is centrally located, and it was easy for all. Moreover, despite the State of Emergency, wthis was situated in a bustling yet very safe area. The best part of it all is the VIEW - wow, wow WOW. Watching the city light up from our balcony on New Years Eve was absolutely outstanding. TBH, most of my time in the condo was spent on the balcony, you have to experience it for yourself. The managment team was also extremely helpful and accomodating, our flight came in well before check-in and as i made the request well in advance they were able to meet with us earlier. Now, there were a few minor issues, only 2 to be exact, that required me to contact the property manager and each time, they responded well w/in 10 minutes or less, provided alternative solutions and checked back in to ensure we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend!

Second stay and just as memorable as the first, lovely confortable clean quiet soacious apartment with good AC and hot water , close to airport. The host famiiy is amazingly friendly and helpful. Picked me up from airport and dropped me off also for an early departure flight. Stored my suitcase while i went to Tobago for a few days. Highly recommend this place, dont hesitate to book

Andrew’s space is very welcoming. But what I would like to comment on is how accommodating and the way he communicated with my husband and I. We had a few hiccups but he made sure to fix every single one of them in a TIMELY fashion, something I truly admired. HE EVEN SENT US A BOTTLE OF WINE!!! I must say I will recommend him to anyone.

We felt right at home at this property. Very clean, well-organized, spacious, lots of really great food options nearby. We even walked to the savannah some days. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Great place. Will stay there 100% next time. There are some reviews about issues with air-con saying it has to be always turned on and it's cold in the apartment. So, here is the hack: Just turn the temperature to 23 or 24 or 25 degrees or anything you like and it will be auto adjusted and no problem with cold. Just play little bit with thermostat and you will get it right. Absolutely no need to feel cold. Place is amazing.

Everything was perfect the stay was perfect. We do see ourselves going back again and stay at the same place. The only down side was the front desk at the lobby area we asked a simple question and she was not very helpful with the respond or answer.
