Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. The place was by far the best place we have ever stayed. It was immaculate so much space. Everything had been thought of and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our accommodation contributed hugely to our enjoyment of our time in Melbourne. The overall experience across the facilities and the service were of an extremely high order. Expectations were well matched if not exceeded. The location was both beautiful and extremely convenient. Would highly recommend Barbara and her beautiful apartment.

Kayla’s place is gorgeous right in the heart of port Melbourne. 2 minute walk from the beach. 4-5 minute walk from restaurants and supermarket. Very nice clean place. I loved my stay. Kayla was flexible and allowed me to extend my stay twice.
