Condo vacation rentals in Port Mansfield

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots to do on the island and surrounding areas. The view is what drew us to this condo and it didn’t disappoint. Walmart is also close by in Port Isabel and you can get delivery of essentials you will need during your trip. I would recommend bringing beach towels as they weren’t provided in the condo or by the property since this condo is privately owned. We also rented a golf cart for the entire week as well as it makes getting around much easier. Great place to visit with family!

We absolutely loved staying at Ruben’s place at SPI! It was the perfect getaway. The condo looked just like the pictures and was located near great restaurants and bars with a short walk to the beach. It was peaceful and private, yet close enough to everything we needed. We can’t wait to book this place again!

Overall a great experience, property was really nice and looked just like the pics, great views of the beach/ocean and we even saw fireworks on Friday evening. There’s construction going on within view but didn’t take away from the look and feel. I had to reach out to report a concern and they were extremely responsive. Thank you for a great experience, wonderful way to celebrate the memory of my late sister with my family.

We had a weekend trip and needed a place to stay right on the water. This place was perfect! We had everything we needed- 2 beds and bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, space to move around, tons of beach items, beach access, and private parking. They even have luggage carts and an elevator to help get your stuff up to the room. Balconies with chairs and tables were amazing for sitting out and watching the sunrise and relaxing to the sound of the gulf. Having a pool and hot tub for the condo building was also a plus- as well as the shower to rinse the sand off. Great location too- the northern side of the island away from the busier beaches, but still close to many things- including grocery stores and restaurants.

Loved our stay! The beach access was right across the road. The location of this condo was within walking distance of many things! Looking forward to our next trip!

Very clean and comfortable space for a family vacation. Large kitchen and dining room with cute ceramic mugs and plates. Definitely the place to be if you want to do some of your meals at “home.” Not directly on the beach but a good location.

This was our second stay at Tiki location, different condo. We came back as we love this particular beach. Didn’t use the pool this time but it’s always great to have that option. Kabes’s condo is well equipped and has a comfy king bed!! We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We hope to come back in the future 😊

The place was clean and VERY well decorated!! We called our room the “Paris” room. Easy to access and the space was super cozy. The host was fantastic!!!

The condo is nice and clean. It has been updated. The condo always has everything we needed. The comminuty has beach access and it is a very short walk from the actual condo to the beach. The pool is right outside the condo, which is super convenient. We have stayed in this unit multiple times, and others in this complex, Flora's condo is by far the best we have stayed in.

Loved the location, a little quieter and peaceful. No farther than 10 minutes to restaurants. Will come back. View from the extra large patio was very relaxing. Fell asleep on the patio couch listening to the waves each night. Plenty of beach gear provided by host. Checking in took about 30 seconds at key pickup and condo. Everything is described accurately in listing. Covered parking felt secure in garage. Very quiet at night even during New Year’s Eve. Recommend driving to Sea Shell Beach—found some amazing shells! Had one issue w noise the last night and condo office handled immediately. All great!

Super nice cozy place but could have been a little cleaner. The smell when we first got there was awful musky. We found the humidity thing and cleaned it but it was full full. Then we also had to buy light bulbs for the bathroom. Only 1 working light bulb in the bathroom when we arrived

We will certainly visit again. This place is in a great area with locations at walking distance. David is a great host, explained the instructions very well, therefore an effortless check-in.

We had such a great experience at this beach view condo in South Padre! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views right from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore the island, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay the place was spacious and convenient. A walk way to beach and amazing views. Everything about it made our trip a breeze kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes. It was our first time to SPI and definitely will be back soon thanks!!!!

The view from the balcony is beautiful and allows you to watch summer fireworks and evening sunsets. We were only allowed one vehicle at the location and other vehicles to be parked at the rental office about a mile away. The pool area is very quiet and peaceful. The only thing that was a little difficult was checking in once at the rental office, a mile away from the tower, and then again at the office in the tower. Check in was 4pm at the rental office, I was able to pick up keys early but was informed I had to check in at the tower office as well but the staff at the tower would be leaving before 3pm. The rental was dated but was exactly as pictures provided. The AC would not adjust and the master suite would not cool and at times would be very warm. The tower is located close to a lot shops/ restaurants and next door to the turtle sanctuary.

Everything about the place was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, rooms were spacious and it was great to have two bathrooms. I will definitely be recommending and booking again!!

Olga was great at communicating detailed instructions. When we arrived, we noticed there was no ironing board- and after I reached out to her- she arranged for us to pick up a brand new one at a nearby Walmart. It's those little things that count for me. Overall, I highly recommend her place.
