It consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen open to a dining area and living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large bedroom upstairs. You will have a private parking space as well as an enclosed outdoor area overlooking our garden.

Small house nestled by the water. A 180-degree panoramic view of La Forêt Fouesnant cove and the Cornouaille golf course mansion. You can admire the rhythm of the tides from every room in the house. An exceptional experience! Close to beaches, shops, markets, fish tanks, marina and golf. This small house was completely renovated with care during the year 2023.

Come and spend a pleasant stay in this house of 120 m2 just 150 m from the beach of kerleven. Only 200 m away you will find the marina of Port la Foret (with different restaurants and the departure of shuttles to the islands of the glenans.) 100 m away is Cornwall Golf 2 km from the village of the forest fouesnant with its shops 8 km to the city of Concarneau.
