With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Approximately 30 minutes away from South Padre Island, Space-X, and LNG. This duplex has a total of 2 apartments and the backyard patio is divided into separate spaces with a privacy fence, offering you a private area.
