A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are just 1.5km to the middle of Port Fairy township with shops, cafes, pubs & beaches but also uniquely located in a country style setting. The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.

The modern kitchen features white cabinetry and polished concrete flooring. A large island with three wooden stools provides space for dining or socializing. Quality appliances, including an oven and cooktop, are integrated into the cabinetry. Natural light shines through a window, enhancing the open layout.

Perfect accommodation for a big group, the multiple bathrooms were what drew me to this place to start with. The kitchen is well equipped and clean and the big table and bench seat fits plenty of people. The location is superb with beach, playground, skatepark and hot springs all within walking distance. A great spacious garage entrance with plenty of room to leave belongings when travelling with large extended family .

Our family and friends had a great time at F Project , the house is fantastic with plenty of space and everything you need. The house was so big, private, clean, easy access, lots of things to do. Outside is accessible to all like shops, Art Galleries, beautiful views and a lot more. We surely made wonderful memories. Jane is easy to communicate with and check in is easy. Highly recommended

To be honest everything was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong day and they just helped me to swapped, quick and fast! And also they have a book with most of the restaurants menu and a paper bag of discounts vouchers! I love how sweet they are!! I really do recommend this place!! 10/10!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to nearby attractions and city center , and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. My kelpie and I and some of my siblings enjoyed a brilliant stay at Tower Hill House. The home is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed warmth from the fire which warmed the whole home in a short time. The views of the endlessly rolling sea from the verandah and the living space are wonderful. Easy drives to Port Fairy, Warrnambool and Koroit make Tower Hill an excellent destination choice and Jack enjoyed hours of free running along the beautiful beaches. Richard is a super friendly and very helpful host, I really appreciated the tips and recommendations on things to do and places to enjoy food & drink. Thank you Richard !

We had a lovely stay at Lorraine’s for a ladies weekend away. The house is enormous with 3 huge living areas. The beds were comfortable. My sister had to bring her baby and Lorraine arranged for a highchair to be dropped off. The bbq was a bit worn out but the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful weekend, fantastic house for large groups.
