Great stay, the host was super helpful, answered very quickly to any queries we had. Check in was very straightforward, we arrived at 1am and were able to self check quickly. Beautiful new building with lovely amenities especially for families!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The check-in process was smooth and flexible. The apartment was like the photos if not better. The unit was tastefully furnished and super clean. The view was really nice both at night and in the morning. My kids loved the books provided. Highly recommended stay for a small family. There are many restaurants and attraction nearby.

everything is ok, comfortable, neat, beautiful, easy to deal with the owner and easy to communicate, only the tv has no broadcast😁other than that I give it five stars

Phillip is very approachable and communicative. We had a great time relaxing and watching the beach and sunset during our brief visit. The house has been tastefully refurbished and furnished with comfortable furniture to ensure that our days are relaxing. There are enough cooking utensils available to prepare good meals. His space is rather cosy, and he has chairs outside for you to enjoy the breeze and the dawn or sunset. He also supplied a simple barbeque pit. The water pressure is good and the toilet is clean. Although there is no wifi available, there are no problems with the cell network. Overall, we are pleased with our brief escape from KL.

Host is helpful & responsive. Thoughtful enough since we informed got 10 pax and host prepare extra towel and futons. Place has clean pool and easy access. Thanks host!

Our experience at Patrick's place was wonderful! The location was perfect for our staycation, a short drive to the beach. The place was super cozy, however the blankets given were not thick. So do bring your own blankets if you can't tolerate the cold AC like most of us! Overall it was a great stay. Love it!

We had wonderful stay at this Airbnb ，the house is spacious with complete cooking utensils ,the mahjong set and pool table are added point to this house. House is clean and it is highly recommended for any large group of peoples. Will definitely come back again

We had a great stay at this homestay! The hosting was excellent—friendly and responsive. Everything was well arranged, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The house was well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We enjoy the swimming pool and the BBQ Pits all well available. The location was perfect—just a short 3-minute drive to the beach and conveniently close to shops and restaurants. It made our trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a stay.

Overall host is friendly. Location is 5mins drive to amenities like food. If you are cat lover, neighbour has at least 5 cats and there are 2 feral ones around who are friendly. Simple furnishing and good for a goodnight rest after some hours of driving. But perhaps considering bring your own pillows as the ones provided are too old and flatten.

Clean and good 👍🏻 big house can stay 24 pax adults . Cookware is complete 👍🏻. Will be awesome If, can improve water pressure for shower and bathroom . We will highly recommend this place 😍

Edmund is a very friendly host and I appreciate he makes effort to rectify very quickly some of the small issues that did crop up along the way The interior of his home is lovely and you can see the love put into it in order to make it very welcoming for guests

Easy to locate, easy to get in, security was friendly, plenty of parking spaces. Hostess was nice, surprising us with unexpected foods on our first day there, thank you! Recommended!

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 1pm. The location is exceptional as well. Will be able to see sunset and sunrise by the balcony. Only downside isn't dog-friendly

我是预订来给我外州的亲戚回芙蓉过新年时候居住～ 住在这里几天，我的亲戚很喜欢，很有家的感觉，附近环境也很好特别是早上时候！再来楼下有个游泳池，小孩子最喜欢的地方！然后定这里主要也是因为蜈蚣山和芙蓉出名的美食如亚洲烧包、姨婆老鼠粉、Pasar美食等等就在附近很方便！尤其蜈蚣山，因为新年很多人找不到parking，所以直接选择步行去那边，也才10-15分钟的路程而已！然后对customer service也非常满意！谢谢Kazz的热情招待，Check in check out有什么问题都有求必应！明年的新年有机会的话，也会选择这间民宿

tempat yg selesa bersih , sejadah utk solat pon ada . balcony bole menikmati pemandangan waktu mlm . boleh repeat lagi kalau nk pergi pd . recommended.
