The Garden Room Retreat was just wonderful. It was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The hosts left clear instructions for the entire space. The garden was beautiful and peaceful. Stan was very communicative and responsive to our delayed arrival. He kept the lights on for us and made sure we knew how to access the house. We will be going back to The Garden Retreat on our next trip!

We had a great stay. For us it was quiet and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and we slept great. It’s a hilly city but we walked all over the city and it was a convenient location to get to the needle and market and more. Thanks!

Kris’ place was perfect for our week stay in Seattle. The kitchen space was much bigger than most basements which was a nice surprise, easy to cook while we were there. Bed was comfy!!

We had a fantastic stay! Tim was very communicative and made everything easy. The place itself is great - clean, and the beds were super comfy. The shower was also a highlight with a good, strong shower head. Plus, we really appreciated the great parking spot. Tim is a great host. (There is an amazing classic burger place near by “red mill” sooo goood…

My husband and I really liked this place, it was the perfect size for us and the house is beautiful, just like the neighborhood. Andrew was very welcoming and communicative. The streets are very peaceful which makes it wonderful to sleep. I definitely recommend this place, we would come back next time we visit Seattle.

This was one of my best Airbnb stays. The apartment was just what we needed for our small family while in town for a wedding. The location was quiet and walkable to downtown. The walk also had a great view of the water. Molly moons (an ice cream place) is just a 7 minute walk away. A playground which my five year old frequented was also a 5 minute walk away walk. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I cannot be happier with this stay. Thank you, Sue!

Only issue I had was trying to figure out lock box: hold the button down on left while tilting silver part out. Although listing says there is no cable there is WiFi. I just assumed no cable meant no wifi so that was a plus. Lovely location and view and the bed was very comfortable. I traveled for knitting retreat and was only there for the evenings but would have been comfortable hanging out there during day as well.

I really enjoyed my stay at one of Seattle's original Bed and Breakfast locations. I met Diana upon arrival and she welcomed me to the apartment. Comfy bed and cooking on the antique stove was a surprise blast. This place is great value and such a gem.

Sean has a cozy little place for two in a nice part of Seattle. It's what I would call a "studio home" with all the amenities that one would need for a short stay. Sean has maintained it well and it was clean as a whistle. More importantly, Sean is a very friendly and responsive host, who lives next door with his wonderful fiancé and two friendly, well-behaved dogs—who made no noise during the entire week we were there. My wife and I loved our stay and would highly recommend it to any couple looking for a quiet neighborhood in the Seattle suburbs.

This place was fantastic. It was so hard to leave, even after three nights. The lodging decor is cozy, very comfortable with lots of nice seating options and has all that you need. Enjoyed making meals in the ample kitchen (oil & a few seasonings) and watching the wind and water through the wall-to-wall windows. For those with mobility concerns, there are five gradual gravel steps down to your entry door (it's on the lowest floor of an occupied 3-story home) and a short gradual gravel slope down the driveway and along side of house to get down to the very private lower section of the property. Your lower water-view yard is very private with a picnic table for a peaceful outdoor lunch with a view. Loved Betsy's tea and coffee options, the banana muffins and homemade bread were delightful. Quiet lodging with minimal walking sounds from above. Open communication was prompt and check-in/out was easy. I can't wait to return with my sweetie. This was an AirBnB favorite, for sure.

Scoli & Helen’s place was exactly what we needed for our week in Olympic National Park. They are both very friendly and sincerely want you to enjoy your time. The lodging is beautifully decorated and perfect for two guests. We also enjoyed their restaurant recommendations, especially Buena Luz! If we’re ever back in the area we would certainly book again.

Absolutely clean, every amenity one might need to feel cozy. The WiFi is excellent, and I love how you can tilt the TV from bed to couch. The tv also has options for you to sign in to your own subscriptions. The temperature control for the room was very efficient.

Michelle’s place is incredible — it was so comfortable and extremely clean, and the location right at Green Lake and close to Aurora/Highway 99 is very convenient. The kitchen is fully-equipped, which was great! The overall space is very beautiful and welcoming, and also cozy. There is great light in the kitchen/living room area, especially on sunny days. Street parking was very easy directly in front of the house. I hope to stay here again on future Seattle visits and can highly recommend it!

We visit Seattle often and like to find places to rent. This Green Lake neighborhood in the springtime is absolutely beautiful. Kathy's lawn and flower garden are just so well done and the birds who visit were a special treat. Walkable to the lake and downtown area was a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment is charming. It was nice to meet the owner and know she was there if we needed anything.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Feels homey. Very relaxing.

Such a beautiful and comfortable studio! We felt very at home and enjoy our stay. Small downfall is that it felt like we couldn’t use the hot tub and fire pit. We felt in the way of the other families staying in the rooms next to the these amenities and they couldn’t have privacy nor did we. But if you don’t care for those things, it’s a great stay!

This was such a beautiful stay! the views are truly magical here. very peaceful area, with lots of deer and wildlife to see. the house was perfect as well, you could tell a lot of time and effort was put into curating this space. would definitely stay here again! thank you so much!

What a lovely place! We had an amazing time with our two kids. The neighborhood is really pretty (we came in spring and all the gardens were in full bloom) and we enjoyed the quiet area while being in walking distance to restaurants and shops in Freemont. Every evening we enjoyed a nice sunset on the balcony and then the hot tub for a little spa feeling. This was such a great addition to our Seattle trip. The apparentment really has everything you need for cooking and feeling right at home. Thanks for everything!

Michael was an excellent host and the lodging was perfect for a weekend get away. 10/10, will be booking again in the future.

Wow. Jeffery’s place is just amazing. This was the perfect spot to unwind and relax while visiting Seattle. The sauna, hot tub, outdoor shower and cold plunge ! The wonderfully comfortable bed, the radiant heating throughout, pristine well stocked kitchen and bath ! The list just goes on. Super quiet, near great restaurants, the water, and hiking.. only 25? Min back into downtown Seattle. Jeffery is so nice. Prompt responses to questions.. I can’t say enough about this Oasis and its host.

The place has wonderful view of mountains and oceans. We had a great time in this cozy place. The checkin process is smooth with clear instructions. DJ and Karen are responsive to the messages.
