A cozy little house with a lovely sea view

Cozy and small house with annex. Pretty new bathroom with heating cables, shower cubicle, wall-mounted toilet and washing machine. 2 bedrooms in loft (low ceiling height) beds 1.5x2m An annex sleeps 3 and wardrobe, plus a sofa bed with extra sleeping space. Short distance to the beach 2-3 minutes walking distance, good fishing and hiking areas. Private small jetty. It is a popular area with bustling summer life from Olavsberget and Kattøya. 7 km to Porsgrunn city centre with about 7 minutes drive by car.

A spacious deck is presented with a round wooden table and four upholstered chairs. Large glass doors open to the interior, offering unobstructed views of the fjord and surrounding greenery. Natural light enhances the inviting atmosphere created by the wooden structure.

The pier is under refurbishment to be completed July '22. The cabin's 1st floor is facilitated for a workplace (desk, chair and PC-screen). Good mobile and broadband. Possibility to park next to the cabin for off-on-loading. Parkingspace for 3-4 cars next to the cabin.

We absolutely love our home! It lies directly on a beautiful freshwater lake. It backs up to the mountains with gorgeous trails and Norwegian nature. The property is loaded with flowers, roses and lavender. It is truly idyllic and the perfect "Norwegian getaway"! We have a rowboat at your disposal. You can also use our two paddle boards.
