Tiny sustainably built house near the lake and sea

Private tiny forest house 50-minute drive from Tallinn, situated in the Lahemaa National Park. Our tiny house is 1.5 km from the sandy beach of Hara bay, 2 km from lake Lohja's swimming spot and 6 km from Loksa where you can find grocery stores, a burger stall (they have vegan options), a gas station and an EV charger. Our barrel sauna is included in the price, along with enough firewood to heat up the sauna & have some left for the fireplace. All you need to relax in the middle of the silence.

Private sauna house near Kakerdaja book

The sauna can comfortably accommodate six people, although the terrace has room for even more people. Downstairs you can sleep on a large sofa bed, upstairs there are two large 160cm mattresses. A staircase takes you to the second floor from outside. Pillows-blankets, bed linen and bath towels are provided. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a barbecue outside, but bring your own charcoal, please. There is also barrel hot tub near the river for extra cost of 60 EUR in cash.

My private handmade log house is just a few hundred meters from the shore of Hara bay, within the heart of Lahemaa National Park, surrounded by wild fauna and flora. In our little seaside sauna house, just 50 km from Tallinn, in the picturesque Lahemaa National Park, you can enjoy peace, birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. The beloved home restaurant MerMer is our neighbour. The house features a kitchen, a cozy living area, a wood-fired sauna, a barrel sauna, a terrace with a sea view, and a balcony with a sea view. (Sea is only 50 meters from the house) The bedroom accommodates two adults and two children. A bike, SUP board and boat rides are available.

We are renting out the house my grandfather built. I lived there for many years with my family, however life turned out the way that seven years ago we had to move to Finland.
