Comunicazioni perfette prima della partenza, all'arrivo tutto perfetto, sistemazione molto bella e confortevole , se posso un unico appunto: la mancanza del bidet o di una doccetta per bidet, utile se si viaggia con una persona anziana , come ho fatto io. In ogni caso la piacevolezza e le altre numerose comodità del soggiorno, hanno fatto passare in second'ordine anche questo piccolo appunto. Fondamentale il parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Lovely apartment for adventures in the Dolomites! We enjoyed the beautiful views and were grateful for covered parking and the use of the washing machine. There is a market for groceries just a short walk away, and the kitchen is very well stocked with supplies for cooking. The host is very friendly and helpful in showing us how to get inside and have great recommendations.

Sehr schöne historische Anlage im Zentrum von Noale mit tollen architektonischen Details! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft ist trotz ihrer Lage sehr ruhig. Sie war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und sauber, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Von hier aus ist man schnell in Padua, Treviso und auch in Venedig. Der Bahnhof ist fussläufig schnell erreichbar.

Excellent séjour avec vue fantastique. Appartement très beau et spacieux même s’il manque une fenêtre dans la 2eme chambre. Propreté irréprochable mais il faudrait réparer la poubelle de cuisine qui tombe à chaque ouverture du placard. Il serait quand même souhaitable de changer les oreillers qui sont vraiment trop durs et pas confortables du tout (apparemment, remarque déjà figurant dans les avis des clients). Proximité importante sur les terrasses avec les autres appartements, même si nous étions quasiment seuls dans le chalet. Merci encore.

Je recommande +++++ Logement impeccable, propre. Très bonne literie. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Appartement sécurisé. Très bien situé. Arrêt de bus au pied de l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique pour aller jusqu’à Venise. À proximité à pied, un supermarché, très pratique pour faire quelques courses. Le centre de Mestre est également à proximité à pied du logement (bars, restaurants, etc) . Hôtes très réactifs, à l’écoute, très gentils. Foncez les yeux fermés.

La host e sua madre (la signora che ci ha consegnato le chiavi) gentilissime e a disposizione! Spazio pulito e ordinato. La casa era come nelle foto e sulla descrizione.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Lorenzo è un host perfetto, così come la sua casa. E' venuto a prenderci in stazione e ci ha riportato alla partenza. La casa era pulitissima, stanze ampie e letti comodissimi: dotazione completa di prodotti per il bagno, nonché per l'uso della lavatrice (e della lavastoviglie di cui non abbiamo usufruito). Elettrodomestici nuovi e perfettamente funzionanti, macchina del caffè con dotazione di polvere di primaria marca. Tutto è stato semplicemente unico, la miglior esperienza di noleggio di un appartamento in tanti anni di vacanze! Lorenzo meriterebbe un plus come persona e la sua casa è strategica sotto ogni punto di vista. grazie ancora per aver reso possibile il realizzarsi di una splendida vacanza.

Nicola war sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich! Die Unterkunft hat uns so gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie war Sauber und super Modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch toll, es ist ruhig und liegend in einer netten Gegend. Zum Lido de Jesolo sind es mit dem Auto ca 7 Minuten. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Casa molto bella e accogliente, posizione comoda a mezz’ora di distanza da Padova, Treviso e Venezia. Gli host molto gentili e disponibili

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Superbe séjour d'une semaine chez Daniela. Un appartement idéal pour se reposer après avoir visité Venise, Vérone, Padoue, Vicence et Trevise. Si vous chercher un endroit où loger pour visiter cette belle région, n'hésitez pas.

Superbe appartement, grand, lumineux, moderne et calme. Litterie excellente. Impeccable au niveau propreté Entièrement équipé : lave vaisselle, four. Micro-ondes, lave linge et seche linge, aspirateur balai,aspirateur robot, tv, wii... et les consommables qui vont avec( lessive, dosettes..., jeux pour la wii...) On en demandait pas tant 🤪 Accueil parfait Parking abrité et sécurisé dans la propriété. Instructions claires grâce notamment à des fiches plastifiees ( en anglais et en italien) Liste des meilleurs restaurants du coin (avec indications de qualité et de prix). Emanuele a mis la barre tres haut! 🙂 Bravo, nous sommes ravis de notre séjour !

Изключителен апартамент, в който имаше всичко необходимо! Чистотата е безупречна, а отношението на домакина е невероятно. Апартамента разполага с две бани, пълна посуда и необходими продукти в кухнята и баните. Моника ни позволи да се настаним три часа по-рано и отговаряше на запитванията ни в изключително кратко време. Препоръчваме го с десет ръце / защото бяхме 5 човека / и на никой от нас не ни се тръгваше!

We really enjoyed our stay. The first thing we noticed was how beautifully clean the apartment was. It smelt fresh and homely and we immediately felt settled in. The apartment is in walking distance to great restaurants and shops. There is also a very convenient parking bay right outside the apartment. The washing machine is also a very convenient addition. Would definitely recommend!

Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauber und einfach wunderschön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Ein großes Plus ist die schnelle Erreichbarkeit einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit (2 Minuten) und der Bushaltestelle (2 Minuten), ebenso eines Bäckers, der nur zwei Häuser weiter ist. Trotz der vielen sehr gut erreichbaren Restaurants, Cafés und Bars rundherum war es in der Wohnung absolut ruhig. Durch die Bushaltestelle, die quasi vor der Tür lag, ist Venedig gut zu erreichen, man ist aber fern des großen Tourismus Trubels. Das haben wir sehr genossen. Murano selbst ist eine absolut sehenswerte Insel. Wir würden immer wieder dort und auch bei Valentina in der Wohnung Urlaub machen. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin!
