Vacation rentals with beach access in Porches

We had a wonderful vacation in Carvoeiro and the apartment. The location was just right for us and the apartment fulfilled all our wishes. We'll be back for sure. Great place right on the sand of a beautiful beach, with a short ferry ride into old town Faro. Ideal location.

We had a wonderful week from start to finish . Pierre gave us details for a fantastic driver to collect us and drop us back to the airport. We where meet at the apartment it was clean and tidy. we felt at home straight away . The view from the balcony was beautiful prefect for relaxing and having meals alfresco . So peaceful and Rural you can here the chickens and Goat's in the field. The beaches are breathtaking and walks along the clifftop was amazing. I can't fault this place we had the most wonderful relaxing week . Its a bit of paradise . The Portuguese people are so friendly and helpful. we where sad to leave but made some great memories. Thank you for looking after us .

Helder was an amazing guest. The property was perfect for a last minute couple retreat, we hired a car which is advised if you want to easily get to places like albufiera. We attended a lovely local gym called Urban fit for the gym heads and went to a different beach everyday. The inspire bar is run by a lovely family who were more than happy to recommend lovely places to eat and theirs a large Aldi just 3 minute drive down the road or 20 min walk x

My family and I had a lovely stay here. As we were travelling with two young children, the space and amenities were just what we needed. We spent a lot of time admiring the sea view while the kids were sleeping. Much better than being cramped in a hotel room. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. I’ve already recommended this place to friends!

Our stay was AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described and was a perfect place for us to relax. As you can see in the photos, it's a 2 story and the deck space is amazing. Loved the layout, the close proximity to the beach, and all the restaurants in the area. We had a car and really appreciated the underground parking as well. Ana was phenomenal with her communication and check-in was very simple. In fact, Ana was incredible with her communication leading up to and during our stay. We were 2 couples and this was a great setup for us. 100% would recommend this apartment, and would love to stay again! Our 3 days in Portimao were super relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The absolutely stunning sea view is breathtaking, and the long sandy beach just across the street made it easy to enjoy the seaside every day. The location is fantastic—full of great restaurants and even places to rent bikes, so you can easily explore the beautiful coastline on two wheels. The apartment itself is clean, fresh, and modern, with all the kitchen appliances you need to cook comfortably. The bed is really comfy, and I loved that there were some books and even table games available for relaxing evenings in. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway!

Beautiful place and area.

We had a lovely stay in Carvoeiro. Isabella’s place was close to restaurants, beaches and lovely scenery. The house is spread over three floors with a lovely roof terrace at the top. Isabella was friendly, informative and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

Unique, cozy little house with the beach right outside, perfect for a one of a kind vacation. Sagres is the chillest place, surf town with incredible natural beauty and all the essentials. Hosts are lovely. We had a great time.

Beautiful Airbnb right in the middle of Lagos, but far enough off of the main drag so it’s nice and quiet at night. Easy parking nearby and just steps from the beaches and restaurants. Maggie was communicative and helpful, and check in was very simple. Wonderful experience.

The stay was great, the house is worth it especially for the view and proximity to Arrifana beach. It has the essentials for a good vacation. An experience to repeat

The location of the house is amazing: a few meters from the beach, in a soothing setting. Ideal base for the most beautiful walks in the area along the coast. The house is tastefully decorated and quality materials. It is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a dream stay (impeccable house base, equipped kitchen, bbq, beach towels, etc.) . Stephanie has thought of everything! This home is a perfect beachfront home, but also turns into a soft and warm cocoon thanks to the wood burning stove when the weather is less mild. Stephanie is a perfect host, attentive and always available. Thanks again for everything! Last point: you will find in front of the house 2 delicious restaurants offering amazing grilled fish! It was a dream stay! We leave this house with memories in our heads and we hope to come back soon!

When searching Airbnb for a place to stay in Portugal, Pedro’s property stood out. From our initial enquiry to the day we left Portugal after our 14 night holiday, Pedro was fantastic, always in contact with helpful information or to answer any questions we had. Our stay in Portugal was made more memorable because Pedro was our host and we highly recommend him and his apartment

Absolutely stunning location, absolutely nothing default, the only thing I would say is if you have mobility issues both the walkway up to the property and the stairs to the mezzanine bedroom could be a little bit challenging especially if you’ve had a few drinks, we are in our 60s and generally fitso it was no problem for us.

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Super cozy, clean, and well kept apartment! Great proximity to beaches and sites. They do a great job communicating and making sure you have everything you need. Parking can be tough to find at night as it is a busy apartment complex, but not the host’s fault at all and we still had a great stay!

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! We had a fantastic week at Anita’s apartment in Praia da Rocha. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome – Anita and Antonio had left a generous guest pack including ham, cheese, wine, milk, water, biscuits and crisps, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch after our journey. The apartment itself is bright, spotless, and has spectacular views across the beach – which, pleasantly, wasn’t too busy during our stay. The location is excellent, with a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. Anita and Antonio were outstanding hosts – friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure their guests have everything they need. Their detailed information pack was really helpful, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment – it’s a perfect base for a relaxing stay in Praia da Rocha. Thank you, Anita and Antonio, for your warm hospitality and kindness!
