I really enjoyed Noël's apartment, it is very nice, good location, land and sea entrance, close to RN12 and at the same time peaceful. Very well-equipped, bright. Noël is accommodating and very friendly. Great for a stay for 2 or alone to discover the bay. I recommend it without hesitating.

Great stay with our baby and our dog (note, garden opens onto that of the neighbors who are very nice and cooperative😅), the house is very well arranged with a sea view that reinforces the feeling of change of scenery and vacation! The location is ideal, close to the center and close to beautiful walks to Cap d'Erquy! We would 100% recommend this listing with very friendly hosts ☺️

We had a great time! The small house is exactly as described. It is remarkably well equipped, especially the kitchen where there is everything you need. We chose it because it was noted that it was suitable for children and babies: indeed, there are a lot of equipment (stool, umbrella bed, booster, change mat, bathtub, etc...) but also and above all a games room with blackboard, full of small cars and very nice antique wooden toys. Beach games (boules, shovels and rakes, balloons) are also available. Really nice! The little garden is very nice, even if it was still a little too cold for us to have lunch outside. There are small shops within 100 m (bakery, butcher, grocery store) and a really nice restaurant bookstore right next door. Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance (1.5 km), we enjoyed it.

Great stay at this studio. Clean, good bedding and functional. Ideally located and quiet. Possibility to do everything on foot (shopping, going to the harbor, views of the beaches,...). Free parking spaces 100m away. Close to beautiful beaches, pretty villages to visit and the GR34, customs trail. Very clear check-in instruction. Good communication, quick and cordial response from Julien. I would recommend it

We had a great time! There were 4 of us including 2 children and they did not miss anything: outdoor games, games (board games, lego...). Thanks again for the little touches, especially for my son birthday! The garden is shared with the hosts but respects privacy throughout the stay. House very close to shops. Joëlle was extremely responsive and very accommodating. The house is extremely pleasant to live in, free of clutter and with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. It is also extremely well located in Perros-Guirec, minutes from everything, the best bakery, restaurants, markets, beach, port and downtown. Finally, the peaceful garden is very nice for a relaxing end of day. We highly recommend it for a family stay and we'll probably come back ourselves.

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .
