Quiet, detached cottage 70 meters from the sea. The beach with a bar, where you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers, or the public beach. The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and an additional single bed. Living room with TV, air conditioner in sleeping area and mosquito nets. Washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker. Outside: large table, outdoor shower, barbecue, sun loungers and large umbrella.

La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
