Kathy's home is absolutely lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and the home was well-equipped for our stay. The yard has so many pretty flowers and was serene. Laura was an amazing host! We felt right at home, and the place was spotless. She answered our messages and assisted us with the bonfire. My daughters had an amazing time, we were sad that due to our limited time we couldn’t do the rope course at her property. If we visit Michigan again, we’d definitely stay here!

Parking in back is tight if you have a larger car. Safe location. The place had all the kitchen amenities needed-a small stove, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. I saw an iron and a hairdryer but didn’t need them. The white towels were nice and clean, plus the queen bed was very soft & comfortable. The white sheets were also comfy and clean. The place is dated and has that older studio feel (I chose not to soak in the tub) yet it was very tidy and maintained. The place has character. The area is tree lined, and was quiet and walkable. We did not use the tv. It’s a good value and I would recommend for a short stay and for a business trip it was ideal. Thank you!

Always a great place to stay. But the checkin process is annoying as hell and intrusive. I already verified my identity Airbnb. Making me go through the whole ID process again is absurd and frustrating.

The place was fantastic. Her directions with pictures made it really easy to find. Check-in was super easy. The place was extremely clean and well stocked. And very quiet. She was extremely responsive. Check out was a breeze. Didn’t make the guest do tons of cleaning. Can’t wait to stay there again soon. was absolutely perfect.

Both Trina and her place were wonderful - our stay was exactly as described/as pictured and we loved the decor. Really nice location being so close to downtown Royal Oak, and the home felt very private and peaceful. Trina was also very responsive and very helpful and gracious. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The only thing I wish is that I extended my trip. I booked this Airbnb almost two months in advance, Ryan was accommodating to my requests and very communicative before my trip and throughout my stay. I look forward to staying here again during my next visit!

The house was spacious and comfortable. Our group of five adults enjoyed meals and games at the table and a movie night in the living room. The local neighborhood was very nice for walking. We enjoyed checking out a nearby park. Communication was prompt.

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

I traveled from North Carolina to my home state of Michigan for my brother’s wedding and wanted a comfortable stay for my girlfriend, parents, and uncle. This Airbnb exceeded my expectations! The house was beautifully appointed, thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed and more. It made our stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for future family visits!

A great location so close to Downtown Milford. The 2 bedroom condo was very nice and had a nice remodeled kitchen with new hard woods throughout the house. There was plenty of parking with nice restaurant's easily in walking distance. Would totally stay here again when traveling to Milford.

Jeff's place was perfect for a week long stay, I felt very much at home. Location is convenient to downtown. Very clean, the bed and couch were super comfy, had a kitchen stocked enough to cook daily, and included lots of extra towels, blankets and laundry and bathroom supplies. Host was very responsive and I'd book again anytime.

Staying at this condo was great. Everything was spotless. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make memories that will last a lifetime. I love this place in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor. Perfect for 1 person or a couple - love the private rooftop deck. The only disappointment I had was the TV situation. I go to visit my son's family so I am gone from the Airbnb from 7:30 AM to 9 PM. When I get back at 9PM, I'd like to watch an hour of TV. All this condo has is Tivo which has a ton of commercials and only old syndicated shows as far as I can tell. Maybe I'm missing something but that is how it seemed to me.

Nice central location with easy street parking. A quick walk to DIA; we drove everywhere else. Space was bigger than we expected from the photos. Great kitchen!

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.
