The apartment is on the ground floor with exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, large living room for leisure. Two hundred meters from the center of the village of Spinimbecco, this apartment is symmetrical to the other, Casa "Cagliara". A large shaded courtyard, a common entrance for two absolutely independent apartments, each with its own porch where you can relax or dine outdoors. Casa "Adige" is located on the right, in a recently renovated house.

Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

The house is cleaned and sterilized with each change of guest.
