At the edge of Le Perche, former house of the independent caretaker of a mill on the Eure in the quiet of a 4Ha property, without any neighbors apart from the owner. The sound of the river, the birdsong, the old buildings, the boat, the vegetable garden, my two young female dogs, and the sheep are all there to help you relax during your time in the great outdoors. Very comfortable for 2 adults, the house can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the extra single bed and the convertible in the living room.

Julie offers for rent her percheron nest located 3 km from the city center of Senonches, with all its shops (restaurants, bakeries, butchers, banks, supermarket, pharmacy, cinema...) located 100 km from Paris and 30 minutes from Chartres. Great for families or groups of friends, for walks and flea markets! Loupe train station 10 km away (direct to Montparnasse train station)

Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, you can shine according to your desires (taste, flea markets, hikes, sports, spa...). Accommodation capacity: 9 adults, 1 child, and 3 babies (extra bed and 3 baby cots available upon request).

1 hour 15 minutes from Paris Montparnasse, we will pick you up by car. We are 10 minutes from the Courville-sur-Eure train station. Do you want nature, wellness and relaxation without going too far? We offer a getaway 1h30 from Paris, in our duplex wooden cabin, perched in the trees, between 5 and 8 meters high, above a small pond. You will be in a quiet and relaxing environment, will have no vis-à-vis, for a total disconnection in the heart of nature.
