Vacation rentals in Ponte Maglio

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Lucia is a caring host and attentive to the needs of guests! We felt right at home. The accommodation is characteristic, well-kept, super clean and offers the right level of privacy. The outdoor space makes you feel lucky to have discovered a place surrounded by nature just a few minutes from the center of Ascoli. Ours was unfortunately a quick stay, but it left us with the desire to return to the house on the river as soon as possible. Thanks again to Lucia and her family for the wonderful experience.

A top quality apartment with gorgeous furniture, beautifully designed kitchen and bathrooms and a view out to the main Piazza that can’t be beat! The perfect location for walking the city and directly next to fabulous restaurants.

We had a fantastic week at Vincenzina and Angelo's place. The apartment and pool were pristine and the kids absolutely loved the pool. They created a really open and lovely atmosphere amongst the guests, many of whom return again and again. The real highlight was the evening meal they prepared for the guests, with beautiful homemade food and wine. Their incredibly talented son Piero played for us and several musicians amongst the guests joined in, including our 11 yr old son! A very memorable evening! The area stood out for the old cities on the hilltops. Fermo was particularly beautiful as was Montalto. Grottemarre beach was great for the kids and the old town there was spectacular too. We also visited the natural thermal baths nearby too. Mama Rosa just a 5 min drive away was one of the best meals we had in Italy. One day we would hope to return. Thank you Vincenzina, Angelo and Piero for such a memorable stay.

The house is nestled in the green of the woods, very beautiful spaces and spacious rooms..! The Host had us followed by the caretaker Giulio who was very helpful and very kind. We were a group of 9 people and we had a great time!

I will be very subjective here because we all have loved this place from the first day. We were rather realistic with expectations, it's an old house but renovated and adapted to modern needs so if you are picky you can always find something but in this rage of expectations we had, we were more than satisfied. 10 persons (5 adults and 5 kids) for a week in this place felt really comfortable, this house has lot's of space, kitchen is well equipped, living room is nicely decorated, sleeping rooms with comfortable beds. You feel that the owner put a lot of effort to make it pleasant to live. Everything what you need is there as well (grill, pizza oven, hammock, ping pong table etc). Swimming pools is clean and quite deep (kids were there all the time). Beside there are many nice places to visit around, starting from all small villages (you can feel typical Italian lifestyle there) to other bigger cities like Ascoli Piceno. Lovely neighbors. We got more than we expected.

We were guests in Simone's house for 8 days. The reception by him and Vincenzo was very warm. Both explained everything necessary about the house, which was also very clear on an information sheet. The house offers a high level of comfort, the kitchen equipment is excellent, coffee, tea, balsamic vinegar, oil, spices, water … were available, which we thought was very great. In the large, well-kept garden, there were many flexible seating options with a beautiful view of the countryside. The whole area was wonderful and lush green. At our request, Simone gave us many very good tips for activities and restaurant recommendations, which we gladly used and enjoyed. Directly in Venarotta, 3 km away, we can recommend the simple pizzeria Arcobaleno with very nice owners and mostly local guests. Simone and Vincenzo were very nice, reliable and discreet hosts. We can recommend her and her house anytime.
