Vacation rentals in Pontchardon

A beautiful house, in the middle of a large, quiet and well-enclosed garden (perfect for children). A very spacious annex with many games for children and adults! Billiards, darts and pinball. The large common areas allowed us to spend 2 great days with friends. The 5 bedrooms are great, and there are enough bathrooms and toilets to live well together! The annex to spend the evening between adults is at a good distance so as not to wake the children by putting on the music (great speaker on site by the way) but while remaining within reach of the baby monitor! Great on all levels.

We had a great weekend with friends at Marie's place, who welcomed us warmly. The house is very beautiful, well decorated, well equipped (dishes...), and very well located. I would highly recommend.

A beautiful cottage in a very beautiful environment .Maylis is very attentive to you, the cottage is very well decorated and functional for a couple with a child, you will have games on site and activities nearby for children. We did Carbourg, Houlgate and the Cerza Zoo, there is also a pedagogical farm nearby, a castle. Our daughter loved her stay. Special care for Pepito the dog. Thank you again for this beautiful stay.

Very nice and spacious house allowing you to stay with extended family (there were 11 of us) without any problems. Samuel was extremely flexible on check-in and checkout times. Samuel had some nice touches for Christmas, which particularly touched us. To be repeated during the summer season to enjoy the beautiful outdoor facilities!

Luc is a friendly and welcoming host (cider and cupcakes!) The accommodation is cute. Perfect for 4 people, very close (walking distance) to the sea, very clean and is perfectly equipped in every way (linens, kitchen equipment etc ...). We recommend!

I don't know if the word perfection would be enough to describe our arrival and stay at Theodore... but it was really beyond our expectations with an absolutely crazy view of the horizon, a height under the ceiling and a very impressive light. A majistral building first of all, steeped in history with a staircase like never before... then a super sleek and modern decoration in this ultra pleasant space and feng shui... but the pinnacle of the must: from 5 p.m. to celebrate a sunset flooding the apartment with colorful evening light where to wear sunglasses on the sofa and sunbathing the open window becomes a bliss every night. It is true that we had the incredible chance of a week of sunshine and blue sky in Trouville... I did not see any defect at this stay. None. The breweries and restaurants at the foot of the building allow everything. free streets to park the car right next door. The deserted beach of this out of season... Thank you.

This is our second time booking this place and still nothing to say. Clean space that matches the description of it.

I’m actually stuck for words on what to say about Delphine. It was like going back to your parents and your parental home and when someone asks you “how good were your parents and what did they do?” It feels like they did absolutely nothing. They are just there. Like turning the tap on and water pours out. It just happens and you take all the hard work of water management, purification, infrastructure etc, all for granted. Delphine was just there! Thank you Delphine.
