Beautiful place. Good beds. A little cold in the main room despite turning heat up but to be fair it was cold outside too. No dishwasher. Beautiful views! Impossible to park car in garage with other cars in front. Maybe a small car would have more luck. But these are just details. Overall great, central spot!

Angelique's apartment is perfectly located. Right next to the Women's Abbey and close to the main attractions of Caen. To explore and get to know the city you don't need a car. Everything is walking distance. It is important to note that the unit is on a 4th floor and there is no elevator. Angelique's host is excellent, extremely attentive and her willingness greatly helped us resolve an issue with the rent of our vehicle. We are more than grateful for all your help and for making our stay truly unforgettable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking for our vehicle as there is no control over that and it was very complicated to be able to park the same. They should know that if they rent a vehicle it is very possible they do not have space to park it. Other than that, everything was excellent and we recommend this space for your visit to Caen and Normandy. We went to MT. San Michel, Étretat and D-Day sites.

this place is nice right next to all the bars, cafes, and restaurant you could possibly want. the only thing is the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedroom. so, if you have mobility problems or a weak bladder you should reconsider. I loved the apertment though I am not complaining. this place was nice and remodeled.

I can’t say enough about this apartment. Very close to transportation and restaurants. The apartment itself is clean and has a beautiful view of the town center. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Caen. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and great hosts. Location was good for walks into city center, or day trips throughout the Normandy area. Hosts were exceptional with communication when we had questions. Excellent instruction book and restaurant recommendations for places in the neighbourhood.

Super central location and nice space for 4 people. One room is a walk-through room for the bathroom, so you need to know each other. In the middle of the city's main street, but all that involves church bells, traffic, and garbage men. Lovely vibrant city.

Very nice and well-equipped house. Three bathrooms is a real plus. In winter, don't be impressed by the rather sad exterior. It is certain that from spring onwards, everything is different. But anyway, as soon as you push the door, everything is fine. The wood fire is always a pleasure. It advantageously replaces the television, which does not work (but it may be a good constraint to have to do without it for a few days). On a practical level, you have to travel about ten kilometers to find shops (La Ferté-Macé). Same for walks in the woods. I recommend this good place and do not rule out returning in the summer.

Really hidden gem in the heart of Suisse Normande. The house is perfectly suited for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy the village and its beautiful surroundings. We’ll come back.

Perfect accommodation for a getaway with friends or family, total comfort, very nice decoration, with a welcoming atmosphere in which you feel easily at ease. Fully equipped to have a great time, between the jacuzzi surrounded by sofas and the covered outdoor lounge. Thanks to Frédérick and his wife for hosting us!

An idyllic location within easy reach of local areas of interest in Bayeux and the wider region. 15 minutes or so to Bayeux to visit the cathedral and tapestry and the nearest large supermarkets, and a further 10-15 minutes to reach the D-Day beaches. The nearby town of Tilly is walkable or a 5 minute drive, and has a boulangerie and butcher, as well as a smaller supermarket. The property itself was perfect for two, but could easily accommodate six (three large double rooms, one with en suite). The kitchen was well equipped, as were the lounge and dining area, and the pictures on the advert are accurate and current. There is ample off road secure parking, and the property is easy to find. Rozenn's communication was faultless. Detailed messages provided guidance on how to find the property and gain access, and she was always available if required. We did meet briefly in person, and she's very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and history. Couldn't recommend more!

Anne is a very pleasant host! Coming for work, the accommodation is ideally located. Not far from Mondeville, close to the ring road. The accommodation is equipped with essentials and the environment is quiet. The stay was very pleasant, thank you again!

Very, very nice flat for 5 people how many of us spent 12 days. There is absolutely everything you need. Excellent parking, communication with Lauriana simple and fast. Everything in superlatives

We were very well hosted by Sophie, who was responsive and flexible for both check-in and out. The accommodation is very clean, very well equipped with excellent quality furniture. During our stay, we were able to enjoy the calm of this top floor (there is currently work near the building, but they were stopped this Christmas period). The location is perfect since the accommodation is in the heart of Bagnoles, next to the Lake and small shops (including the bakery). If we have a chance, we will gladly return to Sophie's apartment.

I had a great time in this cozy, clean and very well-equipped studio. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, perfect for relaxation. The owner is welcoming and very responsive, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Small downside: the parking space is a bit tight. I would definitely recommend this listing for a comfortable stay!
