Fine accommodation for 2-3 people in the south. Eutin. It's a 20-minute walk to the market. 15 km to the Baltic Sea. The apartment on the 2nd floor is new and furnished with attention to detail. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Welcome to our newly built vacation home in the municipality of Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea. The house is quietly and idyllically located in a cul-de-sac and offers plenty of space for up to four people with about 110 m² of living space, a fenced garden and a covered terrace. We built the house anew in 2025 and furnished it with a lot of love for detail and are now looking forward to guests who appreciate this place exactly as we do.
