This was a great place to stay in Khaoyai Toom was a great host and we loved the property - highly recommended!

The space here is great and much bigger than appears in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the pool and surrounding area which was large and surrounded by trees and tranquility. The location was also great set in a resort park which allowed access to a small water park for children with slides. It was just a short walk down to the main road with some great eateries (must try 505!) and importantly only a 10 minute drive from the entrance to Koh Yai national park or the hot springs. Some of the furniture in the house was dated and uncomfortable. The double bed in the downstairs room was much too hard for myself. We also struggled with kitchen equipment. No butter knives and only a plug-in induction hob for use. However, we were able to make do and if you plan to eat at the gorgeous spots close by, this won’t be an issue. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to stay for the peace and quiet it offers near to the national park!

Great weekend getaway location, near the main road but also lots of peace and beautiful surroundings. I especially liked the porch and house deck, with lots of room for entertaining and gathering as a large group. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean, and nice touch with the Xbox gaming included if you have children or friends to play with. Private and welcoming, this large chateau is ideal for sizeable groups or anyone looking to have a large place to themselves. Highly recommend for your next trip to Khao Yai!

The neighborhood felt very safe, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The house was beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and communication was smooth throughout. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Quality beyond price, Beautiful house, comfortable like being at home. The surrounding view is beautiful, giving a relaxing feeling. Trees, mountains, green, pleasing to the eyes, fresh air.

It’s a beautiful house in the middle of a beautiful plot of land with nice with nice trees and a lily pond. Very peaceful location despite being close to a secondary road. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good water pressure (the most important for us) and considerably clean linen and bath towels. We didn’t use the kitchen, so we can’t comment much on the items there in. But it seems kitchen stuff are decently provided although need to be cleaned up well. The only thing that needs improvement are the gate and door locks. The front door can’t be properly closed, so we have to lock ourselves in (via gate) with a padlock at night. Dangerous during emergency situation. Several pigeons in the false ceiling will also disturb you in the night if you are in the bedroom on the right. Communication was very minimal with no instructions about check-in/out and the staff that greeted us did not explain the features of the house. Nothing much written in the property listing to read.

Nice house, perfect for relaxing!

It is only one kilometer from the national park. The room is clean and hygienic. The host will answer any questions in a timely manner. I will go again if I have the opportunity.

It was a clean space with a very nice housekeeper and nice view. The weather was nice. The puppy was lovely. I have another chance to visit this place.

Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

It's perfect for relaxing. There's still a lot of things to do inside the house. Karaoke, ping pong table, plunge table, or bike around. And what I like the most. It's clean and comfortable. There are all cooking utensils. I would not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to go back for sure.

Before staying at Graham's place we took the time to read the many reviews. Once we were there, all reviews were spot on. The accommodations were wonderful, the atmosphere was clean and refreshing, the entire place was peaceful and very quiet, and best of all the hosts were spectacular. The Khao Yai National Park is a very beautiful place and is a short 30 minute drive from the farm (note: if a foreigner is visiting the National Park there is a higher fee to be paid for entry-well worth it). Lots of side roads and other villages to explore as well. The hosts are very proud of their area and enjoy providing tips for places to explore and enjoy. We had our own car for the adventures and would recommend for full freedom to have a means of transportation when you arrive. We look forward to booking their accomodations on AirBNB and enjoy the hospitiality of the hosts again. Thank you for your kindness and concerns for our well being.

I took my family here for a 10-day vacation. This is the best house I've stayed in in recent years. It's tasteful and made of real materials. The garden is very beautiful and my two-year-old daughter played happily every day. I'm very sorry that my wife picked papaya near the house to make soup. I was very angry but it was very delicious. It's very convenient to go to different shopping malls and supermarkets in 15-20 minutes. I recommend Midwinter Restaurant, which we went to twice, and the National Park. There are many authentic Thai restaurants at the foot of the mountain, and the price is very cheap. The people here are very simple and not so commercial. The landlord is very beautiful and took good care of us. Unforgettable memories.Thx

Nice house and clean the owner very nice and helpful

The weather is wonderful. I visited during the New Year and ended up staying in to enjoy the beautiful views. The weather is just as pleasant as in the northern region, but it's quieter and more peaceful. Breakfast includes freshly made rice porridge and vegetables, which are absolutely delicious. The owner provides excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back! อากาศดีมากครับ มาช่วงปีใหม่ นั่งดูวิวสวยมากจนไม่ออกไปไหนเลย อากาศดีไม่แพ้แถวภาคเหนือ แถมเงียบสงบ มีอาหารเช้าบริการข้าวต้ม ผักสดๆ อร่อยมากๆครับ พี่เจ้าของบริการดีมากๆ ไว้จะกลับมาอีกครับ

The host's mum and grandma met us on the first day and showed us around. We would like to say a very big thanks to the host for a last-minute addition of my elderly mum. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends.
