The apartment is located a 5-minute walk from Vaires Torcy train station, 20 minutes from Paris via Gare de l'Est, 30 minutes from RER A, direct RER E from Chelles train station. It is also an 18-min walk and 5-min drive to the Vaires sur Marne Olympic Base, At the foot of shops and restaurants, refurbished, it offers modern furniture and refined decoration.

Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

Ideally located, 10 min walk to shops and Vaires-Torcy train station. Visit Paris (20 min by train via line P), Disneyland (20 min via A4), the Olympic nautical stadium which will host the 2024 Olympics (4 min by car) and the whole of Ile de France and make sure you enjoy it! A comfortable independent house within the owners' property. Ideal for, although not limited to family getaways, couples' retreats, people working away from home. We want to give our guests a calm and relaxing experience and insist on the fact that our home is not suited to anyone wishing to hold parties. We consider this a disruption to the peaceful environment we seek to create. Pool hours are between 10am and 11pm. Parking on property is limited to 2 cars per booking.
