The 300 acre property shares a 2.5km border with the Grampians National Park and backs onto the stunning western escarpment of the Mt. Difficult Range. Adair is one of the oldest and highest residences in the Grampians. The home is great for couples and families (with kids). The inside of the home is quite spacious - you really don't feel like you are living on top of each other. The back deck has added another area to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The front two bedrooms have sensational views of "the Pinnacle" waking up to the sun shining on the mountain range is something you need to experience. A sealed path leads back into Halls Gap - approx a 15-20 min stroll.
