Small studio (1 room, kitchen, small bathroom) for 2, with modern furnishings, private terrace + garden, NETFLIX, Amazon PRIME & Music, Amazon MUSIC, Alexa, free parking, free coffee & tea, all at the foot of the Reichsburg. The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

The apartment with private entrance is accessible via a separate external staircase of 16 steps.

You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

You'll love my place because it offers outdoor space close to nature, and is largely furnished in the 50s style, the construction period of the house. My place is close to hiking trails in the forest and nature, the Geierlay suspension rope bridge in Mörsdorf, which opened in 2015, an animal adventure park in Bell and the castle town of Kastellaun. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.

Take a vacation in a late Gothic half-timbered house built in 1467. Feel the atmosphere of crooked walls and a floor that reflects the history of the house and its inhabitants. Also enjoy the hospitality of the wine god Bacchus of Bruttig-Fankel. Capacity for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
