Staying at Ling’s place was absolutely amazing. Ling was a very responsive host even if we messaged her late at night she was still able to give us our requests. The directions for the place were very clear and Ling even helped us out with directions to the places we needed to go to. As someone who nitpicks the cleanliness of a place, Ling’s place absolutely met my standards. We always mop the floor before settling in and it was spotless! All in all, the experience with Ling’s place was amazing.

Were privileged to rent this condominium, complete furnishings, good bed, full bathroom with (rain)shower, and bath......and beautiful view of the chaopraya! And then the pool on the 6th floor, really beautiful! There was also a complete gym,.....but did not use it. Free boat service to the other side included. Nath is a superhost!, always responded immediately to questions and immediately thought along in solutions and arranged it! We have been to Bangkok several times, but this time it was completely top! With this I also want to mention the staff, such as the ladies of the cleaning, security for their work, kindness and service orientation, nothing was too much for them!! We had a great time and really can't think of what could be better,.....again Mr. Nath, thank you so much for the hospitality!!

Offer pick up from airport, responsive hosts, good neighborhood, safe place as u need key to go inside the building too. I suggest add some noise reduction as we can hear from outside and outside can hear us too. Don’t want to disturb others as we do karaoke with tv haha close to the Asok BTS and terminal21 mall, there’s market nearby at uni only on tuesday and thursday from 6am-2pm good place to buy breakfast or lunch and eat at the apartment! Thanks hosts!

Booked this place because it close to Thong Lor, The stay was definitely one of the better ones in Bangkok. Shower was pristine and clean with working drainage, some places do not do plumbing properly and sometimes the shower doesn’t drain water properly but Thapanees place was 10/10 to my high standards of what was to be expected in a bathroom with no room for complaints at all. Communication was almost instant if not anything but very responsive host along with local recommendations from Thapanees herself further made the stay more enjoyable. Aircon was ice cold and room was quiet with no complaints for noise from me at all as the room is far up from the noise anyway. Everything in this stay made it very comfortable enough for me as if I had never left my home. The only thing that could make this stay even more complaint is a hair dryer. Stay came with a few complimentary waters and tea which is always nice to have in the fridge. They also provided few bathroom amenities.

The stand out features of this condo are the blackout curtains and the water pressure in the shower. We typically find showers in Thailand to have very weak water pressure. This one almost blows you out the bathroom in comparison. Also uncommon to find blackout curtains in Thailand. They really help with sleep quality. We’d give 100 stars for these two features alone if we could. We also noticed that the table behind the sofa, facing the smart TV also worked really well for us. That setup allowed my husband to be on his laptop while eating dinner and watching Netflix while I was doing the same from the sofa. Grab drivers had no problem at all locating the condo (also a huge plus). Location couldn’t have been better for us and check in was straight forward. The pool has shade!! Another fantastic feature. Overall super happy with this stay and would definitely try to stay here again :)

I had a great stay here. Host is very kind and always reply quickly for convenience. This accomodation is same as description on this page. It’s so clean and comfortable. I recommand it for traveller to explore around Bangkok.

The apartment fully corresponds with the description. The host gave clear instructions, so it was very easy to find the location and get inside. The apartment was perfectly clean, clean linen and towels. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail to make travelers feel at home. There is a washing machine, equipped kitchen, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, first aid kit, even toothbrushes for guests🙂. Such attention to detail was very pleasant. The condominium is quiet, clean, well-maintained. Thanks to the host for their hospitality.

This is a fantastic spot to stay while exploring the greater Bangkok area. It is quiet and peaceful. The hosts were professional and attentive. Overall strongly recommended. If I have the opportunity again; I would like to stay there again. I personally drove a car; however, there are public transportation options available to get to this location, highly convenient.

Jenny is the best host I have ever seen. She is very accommodative, informative, responsive, super duper helpful and flexible when we had to dropped off our luggages early before checking in.She arranged a simple breakfast every morning and gave us fresh watermelon on the day of checking in which help us to cool down with heat of the Bangkok weather. The rooms are spacious,clean and have most of the Culinary tool in the kitchen. The area is safe, quiet, nice and chill. I will definitely stay there if I am planning my next trip to Bangkok.

This 1-bedroom garden house I stayed in while traveling in Bangkok was really satisfying. I have to give it a 5-star review!As soon as I arrived, I was amazed by the view in front of me. Sitting in the garden, you can see the lazy river and the skyline of Bangkok. The view is amazing.The interior of the house is also very clean and tidy, very cozy, the bed is soft, and I slept very well.Bathroom is fully equipped and very convenient to use.And the Host is very nice. Whether it's a pre-check-in inquiry or a small need during check-in, you can get a quick response and help.It's very convenient to travel while staying here, and there are many good places to eat and have fun nearby.This stay was perfect. I want to stay here again next time I come to Bangkok!

Beautiful home! Very convenient location to many shops. Large enough for our family of 5. Felt right at home. Host was very friendly and communicated well. No issues whatsoever. She made us feel very welcomed. Would definitely recommend her home to others visiting Thailand.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our family of six. We appreciated the bottled water and coffee. The dart and ping pong table were fun. The local street food was great. The close 7 Eleven was convenient. Being close to the BTS was also fantastic. The hosts were very kind and helpful. The large beds were great. We would happily stay here again.

The host personally picked us up from the airport, and the housekeeper was especially good for our service, very close to the subway station.The pool was nice and the bed was comfortable.KTV is good here.BBQ ok. I will also choose to stay here when I come to Bangkok again.We missed it all the time after we left.I recommend the villa

Lovely spot and very nice and peaceful. Cute spots around and close to 7/11. We had a great stay. Only one issue we did slip a few times in the pool area so be mindful and I’ve told the host. Otherwise host was responsive the place was lovely and we had a lovely time. Thanks Maree
