Σε 2 λεπτά ξεκινά το μονοπάτι για τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων (Αγίας Τριάδας, Αγίου Στεφάνου και όλους τους βράχους) για να μην αναφέρουμε το γεγονός ότι το κέντρο της Καλαμπάκας απέχει μόλις 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια (2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.
