Wir waren zu zweit 10 Tage in der gemütlichen Wohnung von Eva. Es war blitzsauber, Bad ganz neu, wunderbare Terrasse, ruhige Lage. Man kann zu Fuß viele gute Tavernen erreichen und es gibt wunderbare Strandbuchten in der Umgebung, die mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Eva und ihre liebe Mutter, die im Erdgeschoss unter der Wohnung lebt, sind sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Wir haben uns wie bei Freunden gefühlt. Hoffentlich können wir bald wieder kommen!

We arrived at Afytos at 11am and even tho the check in was at 3pm Dina and her daughter let us put our belongings in the room as it was ready already. We had a personal problem and Dina was so kind to help us out and I will always be grateful. The location is perfect, very close to the center of Afytos, just two streets away so it’s perfect and quiet during the night. We loved the flat, spotless clean and Dina was so welcoming we just felt at home, she offered us water and food that was so so good. I definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back again to Kostantina.

The rooms of Nick are well equiped and comfortable. The balkony is great for having a drink in the evening or breakfast in the morning. Nick was a perfect host. We would come again.

Great and cozy place. The area is well maintained and has everything is needed. The house is clean and cozy. The host is very friendly and provides with all information very fast. We felt welcomed there. We are very grateful for communication and all support during our stay. The restaurant and store are few minutes away from the house. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!🤩

This place is absolutely perfect!!! The apartment is not big, but it has all the necessary stuff for a great holiday. The view from the lovely terrace is to die for!!! I think we spent more than half of our time sitting there and just enjoying the marvelous view to the sea and Mount Olympus. There are shops, restaurants and a playground just 2 minutes away on foot. The beach is basically right at your front door. A parking spot is just under the apartment. The host is also perfect! Absolutely meticulous in his instructions and super helpful all the time. We've been traveling the world but this place and this experience are definitely in my top 5! We hope we could return soon.

Very cozy location, great restaurant right nearby and very close (8 min walking) to the beach (White Beach). Also markets in the area. Over-all, we spent 10 nights in this location and felt very relaxed. Also the Hanioti village I strongly recommend for families with children, you can find places / fun games machines to do in the evenings with your children and all the other beaches (e.g Paliouri, Afytos, Siviri ) are 25-35 min by car located from this village (in case you want to try a different beach than the ones in Hanioti)

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, mit netten Gastgebern in einem schönen Studio. Mit Wünschen und Fragen konnte man jederzeit zu Konstantina, der Mama von Theodosios gehen und diese wurden umgehend erfüllt. Lieben Dank für alles, die Berliner Gabi & Marco. 🤗👋

The place is great deal for the price! Clean, private, and very peaceful. The bed was pristine and comfortable and the balcony was lovely. It was perfect weather to leave just the screen door on and listen to the waves from inside and the room also came with an AC. The shower situation was not ideal - it was just a hose to spray with and flooded the floor a bit every time but it all ended up going down the floor drain and not being too big a deal. If you are willing to overlook a bare bones bathroom and no kitchen then it is a perfect little getaway. The beach, grocery stores, and restaurants are all an easy walk away. It is a smalling but charming town - come for a few peaceful quiet days!

Хорошее жилье в хорошем месте. Все как описано на сайте. В соседнем доме есть магазин для рыбалки и подводной охоты , что для меня было дополнительным преимуществом. Из минусов проблемы с интернетом. Христос откликнулся на эту проблему и заменил оборудование, но низкая скорость от провайдера не давала возможности комфортно пользоваться интернетом. И мобильный интернет к сожалению в этом месте тоже очень плохой. Если это не является проблемой, то квартира Христова это отличный вариант, особенно для большой компании.

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless and he host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thank you Kosta

Wir waren eine Woche in Giannis Unterkunft und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Apartment ist bestens ausgestattet für einen einwöchigen entspannten Urlaub. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreicht. Giannis ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

We highly highly highly recommend this place! This will be our new paradise in Chalkidiki ! The place has everything you need, it’s very clean, comfortable and totaly worth the price that you paid! It’s has very beautiful garden and convinient parking place. Our dogs really enjoy the surroundings and the place itself. We were very happy to stay there! Yannis and his mother are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much♥️

O casă de vacanță absolut superbă în Sithonia! Am petrecut un sejur minunat într-o casă extrem de bine dotată, în care ne-am simțit ca acasă din prima clipă. Gazdele au avut grijă de absolut toate detaliile – de la fier și masă de călcat, feon, aparat de cafea cu spumant de lapte și toaster, până la cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat rufe și chiar mașină de spălat vase. Curățenia a fost impecabilă, iar dotările – de foarte bună calitate: geluri de duș și șampon, prosoape pufoase, lenjerie de pat premium. Terasa este un colț de rai – parfumul florilor și sunetele plăcute ale rândunicilor creează o atmosferă de vis. În plus, grătarul pe gaz este ideal pentru seri relaxante în familie. Casa are aer condiționat, aparat pentru protecție anti-insecte, iar totul este gândit pentru confort. Este perfectă pentru familii cu copii – plaja are nisip fin, galben, și o intrare lină în apa turcoaz. Există și șezlonguri, plus echipamente pentru activități pe apă. Cu siguranță vom reveni!

Αρχικά η Ζετα ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, ευγενική, χαμογελαστή, εξυπηρετική. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και περιποιημένο. Είχε τα πάντα μέσα, δεν χρειάστηκε να κουβαλησουμε τίποτα από το σπίτι. Από προϊόντα καθαρισμού μέχρι προϊόντα περιποίησης. Η κουζίνα φουλ εξοπλισμένη, μέχρι και τρόφιμα είχε βάλει μέσα στο ψυγείο. Είχε σημειώμενες όλες τις πληροφορίες που χρειαζόμασταν. Το μέρος ήταν κοντά σε όλα, η θάλασσα ηταν ακριβώς απέναντι, τα μπαλκόνια μεγάλα και άνετα. Γενικά το σπίτι αν και σε παλιό σχετικά συγκρότημα ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο. Περάσαμε πολύ ωραία και σίγουρα θα ξανά πηγαίναμε.

Για την χρήση που θέλαμε κάλυπτε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Μεγάλος χώρος, καθαρός και με μια πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα!

A great place and very hospitable and nice hosts. it was our pleasure to be their guests! we definitely recommend it!

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

appartamento in posizione strategica per visitare ammouliani ed assaporare la sua autenticità lontana dal caos del turismo. in posizione sopraelevata rispetto alla famosissima spiaggia di alikes raggiungibile volendo anche a piedi. noi avendo due bimbi piccoli abbiamo sempre utilizzato la macchina. l'alloggio è fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. fantastico lo spazio esterno in veranda che noi abbiamo sfruttato molto anche nei momenti di temporale perché coperto. comunicazione molto veloce con kiveli e i suoi genitori che ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia offrendoci cibo e un contatto con la cultura locale. posizione strategica per poter visitare le spiagge dell'isola tutte molto vicine. se proprio si deve segnalare l'unica pecca la doccia non essendo fornita di scolo autonomo è un po scomoda perché tutte le volte che la si utilizza si bagna tutto il pavimento. c'è comunque tutto il necessario (tappetini, mocho) per tenere asciutto e pulito. letti comodi. organizzato bene.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Wohnung war ein absoluter Traum – sehr sauber, ordentlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders genossen haben wir die beiden herrlichen Balkone sowie das gemütliche Bett, in dem wir wunderbar geschlafen haben. Die Lage war traumhaft – ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, man hat sich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
