Vacation rentals with a patio in Polignano a Mare

Erg charmant appartement. Goede bedden, goed uitgeruste keuken, werkende smart tv. In een prachtige omgeving met mooie stranden en oude binnenstad. Parkeren in buurt is wat lastiger, maar er is altijd, al is het wat verderop, wel een plekje te vinden. Gastheer is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in de villa Bianca di Luce. Een perfecte uitvalbasis naar prachtige bestemmingen zoals Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Monopoli, Ostuni en Polignano a Mare. De villa is rustig gelegen en heeft een heerlijke veranda, een grote tuin met olijf- en fruitbomen en een verfrissend zwembad. De communicatie met Elisabetta was heel fijn. Bjj vragen reageert zij snel en vriendelijk. Wij zouden het iedereen aanraden om hier een weekje te vertoeven!

Everything was perfect, Erasmina’s place was very cute and cosy, beautifully furnished apartment with great attention to detail. Erasmina was very friendly helpful and communicative, instructions to check-in were very clear as well. Parking was available 2 minutes walking distance from the flat and contactless check-in was very convenient. Definitely recommend it!!

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Super vriendelijk, als je vragen had of iets nodig had werd er super snel gehandeld. Alles is op loopafstand en het stadje is ook geweldig. Grote supermarkt op paar min met de auto. Accomodatie was super netjes en schoon, prachtig resort, schoon zwembad, super netjes allemaal. Kan niet anders dan dit een dikke 10 te geven. Hou er rekening mee dat wanneer je een kinderwagen hebt er wel veel trappen zijn. Ga ontbijten bij Verno, lekkere croissants en cappuccino. Heel veel te doen in de buurt ook. Binnen een straal van 30 min met de auto kan je je de hele week vermaken met allerlei leuke dorpjes.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb. Monica was very responsive and helpful as a host, and had great dining recommendations. The flats themselves are beautiful - stylish, pristine and spacious in a great location at the edge of Bari Vecchia and Bari Nuova. Also very helpful and kind little touches like leaving wine, coffee, water, etc were really appreciated. Would be surprised if there is a better place to stay in Bari!

The apartments was well designed clean and homely

Le logement proposé est conforme aux photos. La propreté des pièces est irréprochable. L'appartement se trouve dans un endroit très paisible. Il y a un restaurant à seulement quelques mètres du logement qui propose de très bonnes pizza à très bon prix. C'est également idéal pour visiter les pouilles. Suggestion d'amélioration: un des lits pourrait être amélioré car fais bcp de bruit à chaque mouvement et n'est pas très confortable pour deux. En conclusion, je recommande ce logement 😊

I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Carovigno and the surrounding area. Natasha and David's place is superb in many ways albeit with two elements that knock it down from perfection. Pros: - Gorgeous apartment with traditional construction but modernized. Comfortable furniture. - Huge rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of the Adriatic Sea and castle. - Functional kitchen with the necessary pots and pans as well as a great coffee maker and provided pods. - Location in the heart of the old town of Carovigno, with its narrow streets/alleys, whitewashed buildings, and old world charm. - Walkable to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. - Close to good not-too-hilly running routes on various contrada. Cons: - Immediately next to two bars/clubs with pounding music Fri, Sat, Sun nights until 2am. The new windows minimize the noise but it's still quite noticeable. - Humidity high in apartment, likely due to stone walls. Comfortable anyway but fabrics always felt damp.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits parfaites dans ce logement. L’accueil du couple hôte a été très chaleureux. Le monsieur parlait français, ce qui a grandement facilité les échanges. Ils ont été de bon conseil pour les visites à faire dans la région et nous ont recommandé d’excellentes adresses de restaurants. À notre arrivée, de l’eau, du lait et de quoi grignoter pour le petit-déjeuner étaient à notre disposition, une attention vraiment appréciable. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison.

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic old building! We felt like locals! It’s just on the edge of the old town with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. All the wonderful bars and restaurants are so close. There is everything you need in the kitchen including a great coffee machine! The bed is huge and it’s one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! The veranda was perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. Francesco was very friendly and helpful as a host. The perfect place to explore this part of Puglia!

Giacomina est une hôtesse très accueillante, très agréable et accessible, elle a répondu à nos questions et nous a indiqué ce qu'il y avait d'intéressant à voir à proximité. Elle nous a bien conseillé. Le logement est très propre et bien aménagé, l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région. Nous sommes venus à deux couples et le logement était parfait pour nous accueillir. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!! Un grand merci !

L’appartement de Giambattista est idéalement placé , au calme avec une décoration soignée et propre. Je recommande. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans son appartement. Hôte très réactif et instructions d’arrivée très détaillées !

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Had a great stay in Matera and the view from the apartment is amazing - great by day but even more so at night. It is also well located in that it is just inside the old town, but not too far from the paid underground car parks if you are driving, so we didn't have to wheel our bags too far, plus there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away. Would recommend Matera as a place to visit and also Giovanni's apartment as somewhere to stay.

Nicola y Eleonora fueron muy amables y respondían rápidamente para ayudarnos a encontrar un estacionamiento y se mostraron bastante gentiles desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. El lugar se encuentra a unos minutos a pie del centro histórico de Bari, donde se pueden encontrar varios restaurantes y bares. Estaba bastante limpio y ordenado.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Ostuni. Es war alles perfekt und Ludovica war wirklich zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns immer eine Rückmeldung gegeben. Wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten. Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Krásne ubytovanie v dobrej vzdialenosti k hlavnej stanici v Bari aj do starého centra Bari. Apartmán bol vybavený všetkým, čo sme pre náš pobyt potrebovali a bol čistý. Hostiteľ bol veľmi ústretový pri našom príchode aj odchode a nápomocný, na správy reagoval rýchlo. Ubytovanie určite doporučujeme :-)

Locuința perfectă pentru un sejur reușit! Apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie, aranjat cu suflet și foarte curat. Se află aproape de centru, cu stații de autobuz în apropiere, ceea ce face deplasarea extrem de ușoară. Gazda, Donato, a fost foarte receptiv și atent la nevoile noastre, oferindu-ne recomandări utile pentru restaurante și locuri de vizitat. Am găsit ușor locurile recomandate, iar experiența noastră a fost cu adevărat plăcută. Recomand cu încredere acest apartament tuturor celor care caută confort și o atmosferă primitoare!

Beautiful accomodation inside and outside, very clean and calm. Commication with the host was very smooth, all amenities were as described. We used it as a base to explore Puglia, and the location was very convenient. Would definitely come back if we are in the region again !

Le logement de Rosa est parfait. Avec un parking privé et fermé. Au calme et près d’un supermarché. À 45 mn à pied du centre historique. Rosa nous a parfaitement accueilli.

Stunning property, full of character. Has been lovingly restored. We loved the roof terrace and balcony with views. Great location. Very friendly and helpful hosts who checked us in. Can recommend 100%. One of the best Airbnbs we have every stayed in!

We had a quick weekend stay in Monopoli. The location was perfect, walkable to dining and shopping. the beds were extremely comfortable and it was a plus being able to do wash and hang out laundry. Alex was extremely helpful in providing recommendations. The only drawback was, due to the central location it was very loud late into the night (we were there on a Friday and Saturday night…Friday was quiet, Saturday was loud late into the night), but I’m sure that’s to be expected given the location. We had a car and Alex was very helpful in telling us where to look for parking.
