A perfect and worry-free stay! Our experience was excellent, from booking to checkout. Everything was simple and smooth. The host is easily reachable and very responsive, quickly answering our questions. Check-in and check-out times were flexible, which is a real plus. The accommodation was impeccable, clean and well maintained. Be careful, however, remember to bring an adapter for your electronic devices, as the sockets are type C and G in Mauritius. Parking is easy and the building is particularly quiet. We also recommend the nearby pizzeria, Seven Pizza: warm welcome, delicious and generously topped pizzas. During the holiday season, we were lucky enough to enjoy a 360° view from the shared top floor terrace, offering a magnificent view of the fireworks set off all around. A magical experience!

Ashwin is really very friendly. He hosted us very well and helped us a lot on arrival: car rental, good places to visit, etc. We were also able to enjoy his mother's excellent dishes. Accommodation matches the photos with a very large terrace, views of nature. The bedding was very comfortable. (The curtains are not opaque, there is light in the morning).

The villa was easy to find as it is located directly opposite the Blue Bamboo restaurant (very good restaurant). We were warmly welcomed by Diane. The villa is spacious, offers everything you need and wow what a beach and sea view! The very friendly maids came by daily to clean the villa. The friendly gardener also took care of the cleanliness of the garden and the beach. The location is great, Blue Bay public beach only 700 meters away. Surroundings very good for jogging. 2 supermarkets each only 5 minutes by car where you can really buy everything you need. As mentioned, a good restaurant right across the street and a 2nd only 150 meters away where you can have a great breakfast and buy freshly baked sourdough bread (Naked Foods). All in all, we had a great stay and can highly recommend this villa.

Great stay at Sanjay's! The place is comfortable, clean, located in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The beach is very close, the bus is about ten minutes walk to Grand Baie or Mont Choisy. There are other properties in the building but no promiscuity, the shared pool and garden are very nice. It's just missing a place to put a table outside so everything is perfect! Definitely recommend.

It has been 20 years since I was in Mauritius for a holiday ! The island has changed a lot including the holiday homes ! This apartment felt like an extra special treat for my son and I. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Opening the curtains to a beautiful sea view was an amazing way to start the day ! With lots of activities near by and places to eat ! I would absolutely stay here again ! We didn’t feel like we were missing anything and were quite sad to leave. If you want to visit the north of the island this is a great place to be !

great place to stay. we booked 2 bedroom for a week. blue bay beach is at walkable distance. stay was very comfortable with clean kitchen appliances and internet. Owner(siddeeq) stays at ground floor only and he is very responsive and provided us with keys to access the required doors and ensure safety. parking was next to the house on roadside, however it was safe and secure.

A very nice stay at this place: having a private pool was really nice! It should also be noted that the rooms are very spacious. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and is quite close to the amenities and the most beautiful beaches on the island. For the rest everything is in line with what we see in the photos. A great stay, a villa like we would like to have every day! Welcoming and attentive host. Super Clean! Towels provided! 3 bedrooms with king-size shower bed and WC. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, large fridge, air conditioning in my rooms... Secure house with camera and gate. Small downsides on: - lack of a dining table in the house - the vacuum cleaner that has to stay in the swimming pool (and which has caused several inconveniences) - 2 sunbeds to change - several power outages (inherent to the owner) - opposite a small building on the pool...

The 5 nights at L‘Abricotier were great. Just a few meters to the great beach Trou aux biches and opposite the well-stocked supermarket Chez Popo. The place was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a balcony with sea view, well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, the street was very noisy, but we knew that beforehand and allowed the windows to be closed at night, air conditioning and fans available . Fiona was always available for questions via Whapp and Marlene came to clean daily. Everything really great and highly recommended!!!

A perfect place to enjoy the tropical vibes and Mauritian pace of life, this villa has a lovely garden filled with birdsong, and many terraces and outdoor areas to relax in! It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood just a 5 min walk from a bakery, and a 10 min walk the beach, many restaurants/bars, a supermarket etc. Ahrry was helpful with many suggestions and tips from the get-go and his parents gave us a warm and lovely welcome on our arrival; glad to have met them and to have enjoyed their hospitality and lovely home! We can't recommend the villa enough and hope to be back soon!
