Great place to stay near downtowns the university.

It was a great listing! NoCo was very quick to respond and was very helpful. I was provided with an easy check in and check out. Would book here again!

The property was great. Location was perfect. We would definitely come back. Had some bad weather and didnt get to BBQ outside, but feel that would have also been enjoyable in the courtyard area. Great mini vacation spot.

The condo was lovely and comfortable. It has a wonderful patio that provided a nice place to watch the deer and other wildlife. The beds were super comfy and had nice bedding with lots of pillows. The kitchen was fully stocked with full set of pots, pans, cooking utensils, everything you might need. The onsite restaurant is great and we enjoyed a fabulous massage at the spa. We would stay again!

The apartment was pristine and beautifully decorated. We really appreciated the special touches like cocktail set, amazing coffee maker (the first Airbnb I've stayed in that I didn't have to buy coffee for!), sunscreen and toiletries. The host was proactively communicative and provided not only clear instructions but helpful local suggestions. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and fully stocked. The location of the apartment is in a walkable area of downtown Austin and looks out over Town Lake, with easy access to the hike & bike. We also enjoyed the coffee bar/drink bar that is in the lobby. The rooftop pool was a great option for a hot day. Highly recommend this apartment!

Sarah’s place is great and in a perfect location. The comms were amazing which led to a seamless process which made things very easy. Place was immaculate, and has all the essentials for a short or a long stay. I would highly recommend this host and stay to anyone looking to enjoy their first trip to Austin (like I did) or returning!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The view and home are stunning. This our 2nd time staying at this location and would return.

Julie’s place was spectacular. She had everything you could need; spices, pots/pans, toiletries, towels, sunscreen, pickleball equipment, and so much more. I have never stayed anywhere quite like this. So clean and truly felt like a home. She gave local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. She even let me know to stop at the grocery store before checking in to save gas and time. I will definitely be coming back.

We didn’t leave the house at all during our entire 3 night stay! Sydney’s house had everything we needed for a wonderful family getaway. From kitchen tools to the extra touches of the baby monitor and the pack n play for families with kids, everything was so thoughtful! Towels galore as well! Sydney was also super responsive to any questions we had. Overall, 10/10 we would go back!

Peckham Point is a gem! The home is absolutely stunning, spacious, spotless, and beautifully styled with thoughtful touches. The lake view from the balcony was breathtaking and the peaceful surroundings made it feel like a true escape. Communication was seamless and everything about the stay felt effortless. I didn't get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities but the private pool and gameroom are reason enough to come back. Highly recommend!!

Escape to the Hollows was the perfect place for a “staycation”. It was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve done. John was super responsive and friendly. When you stay there you want for nothing. You don’t need to bring anything other than your clothes and personal necessities. I’m already thinking of coming back to the Austin area for thanksgiving and Escape will be at the top of my list!

This is a hidden gem. So relaxing. We did not leave the property. Swimming pools are perfect. The on site restaurant has excellent food. The condo was spotless and had so many little special touches, snacks and cold waters in the fridge. Best hospitality ever. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful place to stay. Loved that it was secluded from the city. Peaceful and we enjoyed all of the wildlife especially all of the deer. We were even able to feed them a few times. Right by lake Travis so easy to go get a boat, jet skis etc. The place itself was great with everything we needed for our stay. Super clean and with all of the amenities that were listed. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts. Look forward to staying here again. A 10 out of 10. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your place!

We love staying at this condo. Very open, light and clean with nice views of nature from the back porch. And you never have to worry about running out of basic supplies. Lots of coffee, paper towels, dishes and laundry detergent! Will definitely stay again!
