Vicky came through for us when a car breakdown caused an impromptu stay in Geelong. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host; we really enjoyed the stay and the hostess. I recommend staying here for your vacation needs!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Aspendale. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, including a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel instantly at home. The location was fantastic, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to great food options. We had a car and found it easy to get around, but even without one, the area was lovely to explore. A really nice bonus was that another Airbnb was in the same building, which meant extended family could stay close by too. Highly recommended for a relaxed beachside stay in Melbourne!

The apartment was as described and I loved my stay there. It was cosy and very comfortable. Great location and I will definitely stay there again when going to Mornington Peninsula. Browyn's communication was excellent and it was overall a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it.

Arrived at house early evening, was dark but easy instructions to get key from lock box. Really lovely spacious property, beautifully clean and homely. Everything you could need for a lovely stay. shops and restaurants just around the corner and only 5 mins by car to waterfront so perfect location. Would highly recommended and would certainly stay there again. Thank you

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

Frances and Ray were great hosts. As described the accommodation is at the rear of their house but we were allowed our privacy and they were there if we needed them. Everything you required was included and it was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here if you are planning at visit to this area.

Had a lovely stay at Marcus' apartment! The description was accurate and I felt right at home. The place was spotlessly clean and there were some lovely extra touches, such as fresh bread and chocolate! There were plenty of restaurant choices nearby and it's very handy for the tram and train. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and in a great location to restaurants and the beach and not too far away from the neighbouring areas. It was also very quiet which we appreciated. The check in instructions were easy to follow and Rosemary and Murray have made it feel very homely inside and ensured there are essential items for your stay!

Very quiet and comfortable accommodation, close to beach with everything we needed. The parking garage was a great bonus given how much on street parking occurs in the area

We stayed here for 4 night and it was great. We got what was shown in the photos. The place is a across the road from a park and a cafe. A short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, other cafes, boutique stores and the best Home hardware store you're ever likely to find. It is also a short walk to the beach. We usually have to clean a place before settling in, but on this occasion, we felt like we didn't have to do much at all. It was a lively place, well designed and comfortable. We would stay again. Such a beautiful view! This is a truly special place to relax and unwind with nature at your doorstep. Kangaroos , kookaburras, cockatoos, magpies and a goat!
