Très calme, donnant uniquement sur cours intérieures (rare et appréciable à Paris !). 5e étage sans ascenseur. A deux pas du canal St Martin et canal de l’Ourcq, et proche Buttes Chaumont. Au pied du métro Louis Blanc (ligne 7) et Jaurès (lignes 2 et 5). 10min à pieds de la Gare de L’Est et 15min à pieds de Gare du Nord.

Les stations Jaurès (ligne 2 et 5) et Bolivar (ligne 7 bis) sont à 3 minutes à pied.
