Villa vacation rentals in Point Cook

Cynthia was great with her comms, flexible with our booking, check in/check out was super easy, and the house was clean with listed amenities. Great location..a 3min drive from a shopping centre. The house is situated at the end of a narrow driveway with thick shrubs and there is limited street parking so it might be a little challenging to manoeuvre a large vehicle in and out of the driveway. That’s obviously not a fault of the house itself. Just something to take into consideration if you’re travelling with a big car or not a confident driver.

This unit is very clean and had everything you would need for your trip. Comfortable beds made my visit even better than expected. I would definitely come and stay here if I get back to Melbourne. Security gate into the unit was a extra bonus.

Great place to stay while in Melbourne

Easy to get to, Nice and early check-in which is also extremely flexible. Easy driveway and easy kerb side parking. Place was extremely nice and clean with aircon already on when we entered in which is really nice! Have all the cutlery and utensils needed to cook any meal, place is also very much kid/baby friendly with cribs and play area. An amazing quiet area to sleep at when visiting the city. My friend and I found it very convenient with light rail lines and train lines very close by and to rest for every night during the F1 weekend. Highly recommend this place if you want a nice, comfortable and cozy stay at Melbourne. Also the TV is great! Thanks Shirley so much for hosting!!!

We had a very comfortable stay and Marios and Marie are such a lovely and kind host. They offered to show us their this place in person before we confirmed our booking. It is really helpful and gave us relief because we had a quite long stay (more than a month). They also helped us with our special needs for our baby. Their house is super clean and all facilities are well maintained. The location is convenient too as it is very closed to bus/train stations. It is a walkable distance to Lalor market. Highly recommended place to stay in Thomastown.

I enjoyed my stay overall, and I especially appreciated the host's flexibility with the early check-in! The kitchen was fantastic, and I especially appreciated the quality of the cooking pots and pans – a real plus! The space had a lovely, cozy feel. However, there were a few things to note. The floorboards are quite old and creaky, so future guests should be prepared to tread very carefully and quietly. The main door was also a bit stubborn; it needed a bit of extra effort to close securely. I also noticed a few small bugs around. Lastly, the bed was softer than I prefer. Despite these minor issues, the early check-in, great kitchen, and cozy atmosphere made it a decent stay.

I recently stayed here and had a great experience in such a beautiful and tranquil environment. The scenery around the house was fantastic, and we were able to enjoy the beauty of nature. They were also quick to respond to any needs or questions we had because we were able to get in touch with the owner. This made our trip even more comfortable. Anne was so accommodating, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Clean house, well looked after, beds comfy. Plenty of linen, kitchen necessities. House is so close to public transport and shopping. Clean, neat, everything is working well. House kept in the original trend from when built. For hassle free , safe area for kids and pets I would highly recommend this stay Thankyou Anne you were a pleasure to deal with.

An amazing place. After a busy day of sightseeing it was so nice to get back to this luxurious house, pour ourselves a glass of wine, have a game of pool or two. The beds were very comfortable. Our host provided beautiful soaps, shampoo and lotions. Best part was the abundance of boxes of tissues since I had a slight cold. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter & Lydia's home to anyone who wants a five star home.

We were fortunate enough to stay here for almost a month and it did not disappoint! House was beautifully decorated and clean! Equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable long term stay. Annika was incredible helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions. Could not fault! We absolutely loved staying at Mark’s fantastic house! It’s a beautiful property, and larger than it seems in the photos. It’s also very well equipped, and with the crazy Melbourne weather kept us warm with the heating and cool with the aircon. Our pup really enjoyed her time there, too! The pool is also fantastic, and the decked area great for chilling out. We would love to stay again in future!

The place was as described in the listing. It was relaxing and beautiful with scenic surroundings. The property manager emily was very responsive and helpful accommodating our needs.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to park and great for large families. The lake view from the yard is truly stunning. Those with kids will enjoy the opportunity to feed the geese and ducks that come right up to your yard. The place is sparkling clean and host is very responsive to all our queries.

Great host, beautiful home and cooling off in the pool was a life saver during the 30 degree hot days. There were loads of fun activities within a 1 hour drive. The area was very peaceful. Thank you Gaurav.

The house is so open and spacious exactly what we needed for the family. The backyard is small, but there’s a wonderful park 5mins walk, and small shopping center 15mins walk away that I could pick up whatever we needed. Area is safe and quiet.
