Im Winter laden die Skigebiete Schöneck, Mühlleiten, Klingenthal zum Skifahren ein.

Aufbettungen und die Nutzung eines großen Gartengrundstücks in der Nähe ( 15 Minuten Fußweg) sind auf Wunsch möglich. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus bzw. direkt gegenüber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie Fleischer und Nettomarkt mit Bäckerfiliale sind in 2 – 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.

Das Haus wurde 2023 komplett saniert und liebevoll und nachhaltig eingerichtet. Es ist ca. 100m2 groß, verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, einer Küche mit Terrasse, einem Wohnzimmer mit toller Aussicht und 2 hübschen Bädern. Wir haben einen wunderschönen privaten Garten und einen biologischen Landwirtschaftsbetrieb mit vielen Tieren gleich um die Ecke.
