Absolutely stunning location. Such a lovely stay, wish we’d had more time to explore this beautiful place.

We loved our stay! The place was very comfortable and included thoughtful guest touches like magazines, guides to Nelson and a few kitchen staples. We did have a little trouble locating the entrance to the building and the parking area. Angela was very responsive.

Such responsive and welcoming hosts and the place is fantastic. We loved the industrial funk vibe and being so close to everyting in the city. I definitely recommend this and would stay there again in future.

Joanne and David were very generous and kind hosts. We enjoyed their company very much - it was as if they were long lost friends. The apartment was high quality with luxurious touches. A fully functional kitchen was supported by a large range of pantry items and treats. Probably the best Airbnb bed we have ever slept in. Great wifi and television with a range of program options. We were permitted to garden forage which supplied us with a huge amount of fruit and herbs. Private parking for our car, washing machine and deck with BBQ made for a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

The location is in front of the water with great views, walking distance to the beach and lagoon, easy access for kayak and SUP, walking distance to two great place to eat. Great accommodation for family with bunk rooms for kids and games. The kitchen is great to cook your own meals and well equipped. Clean and functional space, it seemed larger than on the photo with nice front outdoor space and table.

This place was exactly as it was represented. 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Frozen breads available for breakfast and a selection of teas and coffee. Very clean.

Outstanding views of the water from sunrise to sunset. Jenny was very attentive as our host. The loft was very well equipped to meet all our needs.

Loved this funky, super comfortable and stylish home in a peaceful but convenient part of Nelson. Sally was very easy to communicate with.

This was a great place to stay for a genuine Golden Bay holiday. The house has a great bach vibe, is near the beach and handy to attractions. The house had everything we needed and check -in was a breeze.

A brilliant spacious place to stay. Everything was as stated in description. Great showers, superb deck and great location. A lovely touch was the wine and coffee on arrival (thanks!). We can’t wait to book again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. It is so nice being able to walk to the city centre, great coffee at Bobby Franks and towards the waterfront the other way. We were 6 adults and all had our space comfortably with the inside and outside areas. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our time here. Fantastic host and loved the house ( great view, set up, fit out of the house). Also had fantastic weather which meant we used the deck each morning for breakfast. Fantastic stay

This place had everything as listed - place was even more spacious and inviting than the photos show! Super friendly and responsive host, spotless place with plenty of room for a group booking. Went down with my family for a wedding and would stay again in a heart beat!! The morning views with your coffee in hand were a highlight!

Had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely/ beautifully presented and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed and felt like a home away from home. We were a group of four singles staying at Trisha’s place and really appreciated a room each. The views are stunning and the sun warms the house beautifully. We stayed for 9 days and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and laundry. Morning beach walks were a bonus and just a short car trip in to town. The Raglan Roast cafe is perfect after a morning beach walk or swim!
