Vacation rentals with a patio in Poggioreale, Naples

Great small apartment with everything you need. Host was very good to communicate quickly if I needed anything. Location is good as you can walk anywhere in Naples you may need. 10/10 would recommend.

Mario’s apartment is excellent in every way – spacious, clean, comfortable, well-equipped – and we would seek to stay here again on a return visit to Naples. The location feels just right – near enough to the train station, but just a quick walk into the old town – and the terrace is a huge plus. Mario and Fabrizia are responsive, kind, and very generous hosts who went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended.

Silvio was very responsive and kind. the apartment was clean and the washer was a huge bonus. It is in a very vibrant and noisy area - lots of nightlife. May not be the best location for light sleepers or small children, but it provided a really unique experience. Tons of food and bars close by. We loved our time there and would stay again!

Antonio was a wonderful host! He accommodated for us on relatively last minute, and made sure that we got to the location with clear directions and clear instructions for check in! The unit is in great condition and very quiet, making it a great spot for rest and recovery after either long travels or busy days in Napoli! The location is convenient for the airport, and also is accessible to public transport to get to the Spanish quarters or port districts for more access to other locations across the city! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to be hosted by Antonio again the next time we are in the city!

I had a great stay at Vincenzo's and Francesca's. They are very communicative, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to help me get a taxi and made my check- in very smooth. For anything I needed, they were there. The place is also very comfortable. The neighborhood did feel a bit sketchy at night but nothing really happened and I felt welcome.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for our family of 4. Staying in the heart of the Spanish Quarter was one of the highlights of our trip—so much energy, food, and culture in the area that really immersed us. The view from the top is unbeatable and a great way to wind down at the end of the day. The pictures don’t do justice to the views and the amazing living room. If back in Naples, we would definitely stay again!

We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect location for a night in Naples. Check in was very well instructed and the apartment was compact and good for the night we stayed. Thank you!

Passamos uma semana muito tranquila e silenciosa na acomodação da Maria e do Roberto, cozinha completa os quartos confortáveis e amplos c armários, os móveis no jardim p deixar bem confortável nossa estadia e ainda mais no clima agradável q estava fazendo Tudo que solicitamos foi atendido e ainda ganhamos um vinho Recomendo com certeza a acomodação deles! Foi tudo otimo

Posizione ottima vicino lo stadio Maradona. Ottimo alloggio per soggiornare se si sceglie di partecipare ad eventi allo stadio, che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Ciro è un host disponibile cortese e attento ad ogni esigenza. Il posto auto all’interno è molto comodo, la zona molto tranquilla. L’alloggio pulito e ordinato. Consigliatissimo!!

Biagio was a perfect host. He was so attentive and always ready to help. The apartment was also amazing. Everything was in walking distance, from great pastries shops to amazing pizzerias. You could also reach Herculaneum by foot its truly a place worth visiting. Our stay could not be more perfect.

She communicated very well. We had a problem on wifi but she helped us immediately. The place was really clean. Though the place was a little bit far from the city center, it was walkable and the neighborhood was safe.

We waren hier voor 3 dagen en hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. De hele familie was ontzettend gastvrij en aardig en kregen we van alles aangeboden zoals zelfgemaakte mozzarella of een mooie wijn uit de omgeving, heel erg lief en super lekker! Ook gaf Alessio ons goede tips voor bijvoorbeeld ons bezoek aan Napoli. Het huis en de keuken zijn volledig uitgerust waardoor je lekker kan koken in het huis. Bij het huisje buiten kan je privé zitten, verder deel je de tuin en het zwembad met de familie. Ze hebben katten die naar je toe komen en aanhankelijk zijn, daar moet je van houden :-). Al met al zijn we super blij dat we hier verbleven en zouden we het zeker aanraden om hier een aantal nachten te blijven, het is een fijne plek weg van de drukte en alles bezienswaardigheden zijn binnen het uur met de auto te bereiken.

Magnifique appartement presque les pieds dans l'eau. Une magnifique terrasse avec une vue sur le Vésuve. Bacoli est une charmante petite ville à 35-40 minutes de bus de Naples. Gennaro est très réactif et l'accès au logement a été parfait. Un magnifique séjour de 3 nuits.

Super gemütlich, tolle Terrassen, Strand direkt vor der Haustür. Einziger negativer Punkt : unter/neben dem Haus ( im Berg) ist ein Bahntunnel der manchmal ziemlich laut ist. Ebenfalls ist die Einflugschneise nach Neapel direkt über dem Haus. Dies hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

Staying at Ciro's house was great. I booked because I saw all reviews with 5 stars and that gave me confidence. The house was impeccable clean, good bathrooms and bed, and the instructions of Ciro were very clear. Having garage was very convenient. As Ciro also recommended me, I suggest guests to rent a small car, so that it's easier to park. Thats also recommended anyway if you want to visit Naples center. Ciro was always available to answer or to help with everything. So it's confirmed: 5 stars in all

Siamo stati 3 giorni nella casa di Claudia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa super carina, molto fine e soprattutto pulita, con tutto il necessario e uno splendido terrazzino, ci sono anche un sacco di indicazioni su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare in un book situato in sala, la metro é a pochi passi dall appartamento e in poche fermate si é a Napoli centro, l’ accoglienza di Claudia non ha eguali, una persona meravigliosa, spero di rivederti presto. Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. È stata un'esperienza stupenda conoscere un host come Giacomo, e posso dire di viaggiare abbastanza, ma ultimamente nessuno ti accoglie più, trovi solo lucchetti e codici da inserire! Giacomo è stato premuroso, fin dall'inizio, vedendo a prendere me e mio figlio in stazione! Ci ha accompagnati fino su, in casa, illustrandoci tutto! Ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo, tanta frutta fresca e diverse cose per la colazione! La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una cura e un gusto non scontato! Ho trascorso 5 giorni in serenità e in piena comodità! Non mancava, NIENTE!!! È stato tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine, quando il signor Gaetano, papà di Giacomo si è reso disponibile ad accompagnarci in stazione, per il nostro rientro, regalandoci anche una leccornia! Era tanto che non venivo curata così da un host!!!! Complimenti ancora...Un abbraccio a presto Paola e Rocco

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We absolutely loved Alvina & her apartment…she deserves more than 5-stars. Not only was the place incredibly clean & spacious for all of us, but Alvina was super accommodating to us every single day. The floors were HEATED and the AC was amazing. She was super helpful with restaurants and local things/suggestions for us. She was very much “mothering” us but in a positive manner! This was by far the best airbnb and BEST host. Alvina is just incredibly sweet, helpful, accommodating, and thoughtful (giving us water when we first got there/ trying to help with our luggage up the stairs). Great apartment, great host…priceless experience!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We loved Stefano‘s flat - it was perfect for a long weekend in Naples. Very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Stefano was a great host who was very helpful and responsive! We felt that he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Naples. Can also recommend the location. Vomero is a lovely neighbourhood, very green with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist mit ihrer Terrasse und dem schönen Ausblick über Neapel sehr toll. Die zentrale Lage und kurzen Wege zu den Hotspots bringen - wie auch in jeder anderen Großstadt - natürlich auch etwas mehr Geräusche mit sich, als weiter außerhalb. Wir würden wiederkommen!
