It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

We spent almost two weeks in the beautiful house with friends. Immediately we felt very comfortable and "at home". Nikolaus has certainly also contributed to this personally, his wife Walli and his father. We had nice conversations, were always allowed to contact us if we had any questions, needed tips and the contact was not intrusive at any time, but in perfect balance. The house itself offers a lot of space, especially the terrace is a nice place to stay. The kitchen is super equipped and offers everything to cook together (also more detailed). There is really a particularly great atmosphere in this place - the house is quiet, in the middle of nature and is surrounded by a well-kept garden and olive trees. One of our favorite places was the pool. It is refilled with fresh spring water in the morning and is therefore always very pleasantly fresh and clean. A holiday, of which we can carry beautiful memories for a long time!

Apartment with everything you need to spend a pleasant family holiday. The village where the apartment is very nice and clean and there is also a small playground near the house. Too bad some activities were closed during our stay but on the other hand there were entertainment on the weekends. From the apartment it is easy to reach by car the coast and cultural and tourist places in the area. Great food and wine.

We spend unbelievable nice two weeks in Loretello. All rooms are very nice and have a very nice atmosphere. Very warm and very personal. The landscape around Loretello and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. Loretello is the perfect location to explore the region. In almost every little village there are hidden gems waiting to be found. We felt truly embedded in Italy. The restaurants, markets, little shops, vineyards, farmer markets in the villages around Loretello are absolutely enjoyable. Our three kids enjoyed the pool very much. Little Loretello did offer a lot to explore for them. Our hosts has been extremely nice and extremely professional. Thank you very much for this wonderful Italian experience.

Franca has set up a lovely home if you need a place to stay in this area. It is convenient to many places for day trips. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a short walk. Franca has set up a large white board in the hallway for messages, and always responded right away.

Simone's house is located among the beautiful hills of the Marche and enjoys an extraordinary view. The location is perfect and allows you to enjoy the green spaces around while not being far from the town. We celebrated Easter outdoors and had a barbecue. Everything was perfect! Simone was extremely kind and did his best to make us feel comfortable and respond to all our requests. Highly recommended!
