Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. The dining area equipped for up to 4 people is next to the living area with a couch and armchairs and an additional reading corner by the fireplace. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, overlooking the beautiful garden.

The new exclusive houseboat "Souly" with its associated driver's license free motorboat offers you a total usable area of 75m2. The exceptionally beautiful floating vacation home has a living area of 36m2 and a 10m2 covered deck terrace. The 20m2 living and dining area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a comfortable sofa has panoramic windows on three sides. Adjacent are two cozy bedrooms with double beds and the fully equipped shower room with toilet.

The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
