First of all, the house is stunning. It is located in a picturesque area, surrounded by greenery with an amazing sea view, and provides complete relaxation. The interior of the house is spacious and modernly furnished. You can see that the owners took care of every, even the smallest detail to ensure the comfort of their guests. A fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a stylish living room made us feel at home. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was very important on hot days. A big plus is the swimming pool, which was a great place to cool off and have fun for the whole family. The children were delighted. The location of the house is also excellent, the house is located high in the mountains and provides a pleasant refreshment after a day spent on the beach because it is a bit cooler there and in addition, it soothes with a wonderful view. - the proximity of beautiful beaches, local restaurants and shops meant that everything we needed was very close :)

Frano hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen geantwortet. Auf Anfrage für zusätzliche Babybetten und Kinderstühle wurde sofort eingegangen und es hatte alles was man sich wünschen konnte vor Ort. Die Gastfreundschaft von Frano und seiner Familie sind hervorragend, wir wurden mit Früchten und Eiern aus ihrem Besitz versorgt und Frano war immer wieder anwesend und hat sich um die Anlage (Pool etc.) gekümmert. Wir wurden von der Fähre abgeholt und am Abreisetag auch wieder mit dem Privatauto zum Hafen geführt. Es steckt sehr viel Herz in der Wohnung aber auch in der Betreuung ihrer Feriengäste. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft, wie auch Ferien bei Frano von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Filip was an amazing host, always helpful, friendly and made us feel right at home. We all loved the house and location, easy walk into Hvar and in the other direction to a wonderful beach. The house was comfortable and had all we needed. The pool was perfect. Highly recommended and thanks Filip!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a quiet location with beautiful views over the sea. The sunsets were spectacular-beating Santorini’s by a mile! The family were very generous-sharing eggs from the chickens, their own olive oil (we got some to take home was so good!) and a sour cherry liqueur they made. My son was happy to find kittens to play with, and enjoyed the pool. House was well equipped, excellent air con when needed, and pool was refreshing too. Can highly recommend for a bit of getting away from it all!

We had a fantastic time and the apartment was clearly exceeding our expectations. It is a very modern (few years old) house, fully equipped even for a longer stay, having three comfortable bedrooms each equipped with a TV and a private bathroom. The living room is very spacious, it has a big TV and a Playstation with games. There's a heated swimming pool with a shower nearby, a jacuzzi and barbeque place outside. Everything was very clean, competing with any hotel I have ever been. From the yard, you have a panoramic view on the mountains and also a bit on the sea, which is only a few minute drives from the house. Marco is a brilliant host, a very kind person with a good sense of humour. He was waiting for us even at our late arrival, and gave numerous travel idea suggestions and other practical information during our stay. We also appreciated the Easter decoration, the drinks and sweets in the fridge. I can just recommend this apartment to anybody, you will not regret your choice!

The location was wonderful. I traveled with three teenagers who loved that they could walk to the town to go out at night and walk to the beach. The adults loved the pool and how close the beaches were. The only thing that wasn’t 100% great was the air conditioning. He needed another unit in the living room area of the upper apartment. We were there in July when temperatures were 90 degrees + and we couldn’t use the living room, too hot. I would definitely book again.

This house is beautifully decorated throughout, with lovely furniture and very nice touches. The photos don’t do it justice. It has a fabulous kitchen with everything you could possibly need (including a bottle of rosè wine). Truly fantastic master en-suite bathroom with excellent shower and very comfy large bed. The house is just off one of the pretty cobbled streets leading down to the buzzy little port but the garden and pool is also such a nice place to relax. Jelsa is such a picture perfect town with excellent restaurants (highly recommend Me & Mrs Jones) supermarkets, ice cream shops and fresh bakeries. We loved watching the boats coming and going. Also beautiful coastal walks either side of the Jelsa harbour. Hvar island is one of the prettiest places in the med. All in all this is probably the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in - we highly recommend Hvar island, Jelsa and this gorgeous house.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Pool Villa Rogac in Vis. It was an unforgettable experience! We were greeted with warm hospitality & a stunning sea view that set the tone for our entire stay. The villa itself is beautifully designed, combining modern amenities with traditional Croatian charm. The spacious rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The master bedroom has a amazing view of the turquoise sea that you wake up to. We also enjoyed the morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the pool and the breathtaking Adriatic Sea. The outdoor private pool was a highlight, providing a refreshing escape during the warm afternoon. The villa is conveniently situated at a 5 mins walk to the town centre of Vis, and 10 mins to the beach.Yet, it is far enough from the hustle and bustle to offer a peaceful retreat & privacy. Overall, the villa is a little luxurious,peaceful paradise on the island.I can’t wait to visit again!

The house is in a beautiful spot, overlooking the marina and a very short walk from everywhere. We can by car so had a bit of a drive from Supetar but you could easily get the regular ferry from Split to Bol as you are so close to everything. Of course, this is all things you can see in the Airbnb listings and photos, what the listing doesn’t show is just how peaceful the town is and how warm and friendly the hosts are. We were sad to leave but would love to return to Bol once day. Great place to stay!

A estadia foi ótima! A casa era igual as fotos, tudo novo e limpo, com um ótimo ar condicionado. Antonija foi super prestativa, respondendo rapidamente aos questionamentos. A praia mais próxima é uma das mais bonitas. Ao lado da casa tem alguns mercados, mas o centrinho mesmo fica em torno de 15/20 minutos andando. A região é bem silenciosa. Voltaríamos com certeza!

I wanted to take time to think about how to review this little slice of heaven but nothing I say will do it justice. Kole and Irena’s cottage is a very special place and we feel lucky to have been able to stay there. If you are looking for somewhere to shut off from civilisation and power down, this is the place. Surrounded by nature, the only sounds you’ll hear are the wind in the trees, the water lapping at the rocks and the birds. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could need. We had a few days of cold weather but the wood burning stove kept it warm and the beds were very comfy. With the silence at night, this made for very restful nights sleep. What made our stay special, and unlike anywhere we have stayed before though, was Kole and Irena themselves. From the start when they met us with their boat, and a beautiful veggie box, it was clear that it was important to them that their guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay and we really appreciated their care and attention

Fantastic place in a beautiful town, with access to the sea and harbour about 100m away. Each of the 5 rooms had air conditioning . The terrace has a spectacular view of the sea. The house is fully equipped. Ivan was very helpful and promptly answered all questions about both the house and the island/town. Additionally, he has great knowledge about the island and Croatia. It was a great pleasure to be able to talk to him about it. I would highly recommend this place.

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Meer sind super. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse aus ist grandios. Frane ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

We had a wonderful week at Lucija's place . Very beautiful location and lovely apartment with gorgeous large terrace overlooking outstanding views of the bay . Lucija is such a lovely host and we were warmly greeted on our arrival - we immediately felt very much at home . The apartment and terrace complete with sun loungers as well as comfy patio chairs & table for dining , has everything you need and very clean ,comfortable, peaceful and safe. There are many areas on the rocks across the road from where you can swim and the supermarket and lovely local bars and restaurants are conveniently just down the road as awell as Hvar town being just twenty minute coastal walk. We enjoyed visiting beautiful Pokonji Dol beach which is a picturesque twenty minute walk - 20 euros for beach loungers and 10 euros for umbrella . Nice beach restaurant too . We feel so grateful to have had such a pefect holiday staying in lucija's home and highly recommend .

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft. Alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Möbel und Ausstattung sehr neu und in Sehr gutem Zustand. Goldie war für uns immer Super erreichbar. Bei Fragen hat sie immer nach ein Paar Minuten Reagiert. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort. Kann die Unterkunft für Familien nur Empfehlen. Garten ist von der Straße nicht einsehbar. Vielen Dank für die Schöne Zeit es war ein Wunderschöner Urlaub.

This turned out to be the ideal house for our first visit to the Croatian coast and nothing contributed more to a nearly perfect week for our group of four adults. The screen-saver worthy view off the terrace—light shifting through the day as sailboats came and went—gave us a lovely backdrop from morning coffee to the evening cocktail. It came with everything we needed for cooking, grilling, paddling and swimming. The house was cool from breezes by day and by the strong AC on the hotter nights. Susan and Ivan were responsive from booking to departure, but never intrusive. It was a great base for exploring, with multiple beaches by foot or kayak in the local coves and and many others a drive away. (We were very glad to have brought a rental car; we met others struggling with the bus system. A boat would been great.) wonderful running routes as well, something not easy to find in an island of strep hills We’ve done many rental houses; this one is definitely high on the return list.

the owner Ivana was in permanent contact with us to fulfill extra wishes and to inform us about local activities. The support was extra ordinary and the location superb (quiet, no visible neighbors, 3 mins per pedes to the beach which was a lonely bay). One word: perfect!

Zlatko war immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns im Zentrum von vela Luka getroffen und sind gemeinsam zur Unterkunft gefahren. Für uns wurden ein Obstkorb , Wasser,O-Saft und Milch bereitgestellt, das war sehr hilfreich, da wir am Sonntag Abend angereist sind

Przepiękny dom, idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek dla kilku rodzin, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, łazienki i sypialnie czyste i komfortowe, świetny basen oraz miejsce do grillowania, przestronne lobby do spędzania czasu na zewnątrz, ogród przytulny. Obiekt zgodny z opisem. Czuliśmy się tu jak we własnym domu. Okolica spokojna, bardzo blisko sklep spożywczy oraz kilka restauracji. Gospodarze bardzo mili, komunikatywni i pomocni. Polecamy to miejsce !

A lovely Airbnb stay on a beautiful island ! Host was very helpful and responsive with any queries had. Location was ideal as could walk to the beaches within 2 mins and boat to hvar was only 10 mins.

Die Fotos werden dieser schönen Unterkunft gar nicht gerecht - es ist noch viel schöner und gemütlicher! Besonders gut hat uns die ruhige Lage und der wunderschöne Ausblick gefallen, genau das was wir brauchten! Die Kinder hatten ihren Pool (der war sogar in der Temperatur erwärmbar!) und wir haben die tolle Badebucht, die nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist, genutzt und sind u.a. Kanu gefallen- die hat Tomislav sogar extra bereit gestellt! Sehr herzlich wurden wir von Tomislav begrüßt- sogar frisches Obst und Getränke hat er uns bereit gestellt - was für ein Service! Tolle Tips zum Essen gehen hat er uns auch gegeben und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar- was wünscht man sich mehr! Ein Auto ist muss, sonst sind die Strecken z.B. zum Hafen einfach zu weit. Für uns 4 war die Unterkunft perfekt, die gemütliche Wohnküche hatte alles was man braucht, 2 Bäder gab es auch! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können diese schöne Unterkunft mit so einem tollen Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

I když nam počasí nepřálo tak, jak je v Chorvatsku obvyklé, dny na tomto místě byly nezapomenutelné. Atmosféra místa, výhled na borovice olivy a moře, klid a mír. Dobrá dostupnost a malebné cesty do centra Milny. To vše je zde skvělé. Ubytování utulné, praktické a neokázalé, s úžasným venkovním posezením, skvélym grillem a venkovní sprchou...nic nám nechybélo. Hostitelé velmi milí a komunikativní. Chceme se sem brzy vrátit. Děkujeme!

We enjoyed a very relaxed 10 days at Jasen’s house. While the interior is quite basic, it is clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlights are for sure the outdoor areas, with kitchen corner, large shady terrace and comfi seating - even plenty of space for relaxing in the hammock. The photos say it all. Who even needs the television, when you can spend all day outside, listening to the birds and buzzing of insects and watching butterflies flying by? The village is small and quiet, and provides all ingredients for a picture perfect vacation away from the crowds, at least in early June. Jasen is a great host, he provided all information beforehand to easily arrive at the house by public transport. Also we learnt a lot from him about the island’s history, and even got a lift back to the ferry when the time came to leave this beautiful place.
