The best place we could find. Owner very nice and communicative. The owner's cousin who took care of the cottage is also very positive and willing to help in case of any problems. We were a larger group of friends, and everyone was given privacy if they needed. Neighbors are also very nice and willing to talk. I was afraid that it would be too far from the beach, but during the trip I found that if you have a car, it is the perfect place because it is close to the highest peak of Croatia, a beautiful lake and you can quickly get to the beach. Very diverse areas, which is beautiful. You'll also find Lidl and other smaller shops nearby. For sure, if there's an opportunity, we'll visit this place again :)

One of the best place i had ever stayed, everything was perfect, view is absolutely fantastic specially view of the lake, location is easy to reach and the village is quite and people are very friendly, there is near resturant serving delicious food with good price, also walkable to villa nice bakery for brakefast, villa size is spacious with nice terrace and privacy for families, furniture is clean with excellent condition, each room has air-condition with heating option which is suitable for all seasons.. Anel is superhost, very responsive, he offered us free airport pickup and dropp and offered us free city toor..totally recommend Anel and his villa and definitely will visit this wonderful place again..

What a beautiful house! There were 10 of us and we're still looking for the negative points! From 17 to 78 years old, everyone was delighted with this house. Super quiet location, no noise. Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk. Swimming pool (2.50 m deep), giant barbecue, air conditioning, garden vegetables available! ... No shortage of dishes (more than enough saucepans!) What about the hospitality? Stip is an extraordinary host. Absolute kindness. He was waiting for us in front of the house at 8 p.m. He prepared a typical dish for 10 for us! He gave us a package of homemade tomatoes! He ordered barbecue meat from a butcher he knows, ditto for olive oil... and he dropped them off for us too! Many thanks Stip! Always available. You can really put your bags down in Sinj with this host, you won't regret it. 100% delighted!

We had a beautiful experience during our stay in this place.. The house is located in the middle of a picturesque nature where the river harmonizes with the trees, in addition to the various facilities...

Our stay at Ante's was great, we immediately felt at home and were able to check in with the key box despite later arrival. The accommodation is very quiet and the huge pool was the highlight. Communication with Ante was always excellent, quick answers and good communication.

Super nice house with large spacious and green garden. Perfect for kids! 2 kitchens, many bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both equipments with washing machine. Gym that contains what you need. 8 min down to Sinj city which has a couple of good restaurants. 1 km to the nearest grocery store, possible to walk there. Otherwise very great place, and great host. The neighbors who are also the landlord follow up and are very hospitable! Almost so the holiday was a little extra good because of Tonko ☺️ we would love to come again! We had an amazing time. We were among the first guests but the host, the place and everything inside was definitely worth the money. Will come back for sure!
