Niewątpliwie dom z duszą, położony na totalnym odludziu, ale jest w nim wszystko, co potrzeba: źródlana woda, dobre ogrzewanie, ciepła woda, prąd. Dojazd dosyć wyboistą drogą szutrową (co ma swój urok), ale do przejechania samochodem osobowym przy zachowaniu ostrożności. Sympatyczni właściciele, którzy prowadzą sklep z przepysznymi serami i innymi lokalnymi produktami. Miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

Domek był dokładnie taki jak w opisie, bardzo czysty i przytulny. Pan Olgierd jest świetnym i responsywnym hostem. Na pewno będziemy wracać!

It was a very nice stay, the area is very beautiful and the people very friendly. You can play soccer and there are badminton rackets. There also is a barbecue it is very good for the price.

It is an amazing place to stay with the whole family. Pawel is very responsive and helpful. Our dog was very happy with the fenced yard. The only thing, it wasn't mentioned, that the second bathroom is not separated, it was little bit not convenient.

Spędziliśmy w tym domu bardzo miły czas. Jest przestronny, dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Dużym atutem jest cisza i prywatność. To świetne miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek. Dziękujemy za gościnność!

Great place to stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Doris welcomed us very warmly, she is very positive, open and helpful. We have spent great time with her and her sweet dog and cats. Had a lot of adventures, laughs and a lot of talks about herbs, life and nature. Being in their company is a thorough therapy. If you love herb's world, she has a lot to teach and show. Amazing and wonderful person! This place is a secret gem! Wonderful location in the middle of the forest, where you can rest and enjoy the nature so close. The cottage is full equipped, there's nothing missing, big garden, grill space, amazing flowers and trees, and much more. The place is also full of plenty herbs, mushrooms and wonderful spots to disconnect from city's life. Not only us, but also our dogs enjoy the time spent there. This is the best place ever, we found in this trip. We will come back soon, it's mandatory for own mental health.

Apartament super, przestronne pomieszczenia, taras i dostęp do części ogrodu. Miejsce do zaparkowania samochodu bezpośrednio na posesji za bramą. Bardzo przyjazny i komunikatywny Gospodarz (dostaliśmy długą listę rekomendacji). Cicha okolica, 10-15 minut spacerem od głównych atrakcji Sandomierza. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Mieszkanie przytulne, czyste i wszystko zapewnione (suszarka, naczynia itp). Cisza, spokój i prywatność była zapewniona. Polecamy 😁

Polecam pobyt w tym apartamencie - dobra cena, szybkie samodzielne zameldowanie, świetne wyposażenie, dużo miejsca na bezpłatnym parkingu obok budynku. Można użyć mieszkania jako bazy wypadowej w bieszczady.

W apartamencie oferowanym przez Dominika spędziliśmy dwie noce i byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni, bo czuliśmy się jak u siebie w domu. Dominik jest sympatyczny, kontaktowy i ma bardzo życzliwe nastawienie do gości, a suczka Kiwi jest uroczym i spokojnym zwierzakiem :) Kuchnia w mieszkaniu jest dobrze wyposażona. Ręczniki i pościel były czyste i świeże. Dużym plusem jest ogród i niewielka odległość do dwóch sklepów. Dla nas była to baza wypadowa na krótkie wycieczki (dojazd do uzdrowiska w Wapiennem zabiera zaledwie kilka minut, a do Gorlic kilkanaście).

beautiful place ! everything new and spotless clean, very friendly host and responsive. Even helped us with bonfire, there are nice free seats also so you can lounge on nice green flat area in the back

Ładny apartament w cichej części miasteczka. W apartamencie wszystko jest przygotowane do wizyty gości: naczynia, kieliszki, wszystko na miejscu. Bardzo ładne i wyposażone wnętrze. Serdeczni właścicieli. Polecam

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Robert's wonderful cottage. The location is idyllic - in the middle of nature, very quiet and beautiful. The cottage is super cosy, the kitchen is equipped with everything one needs and the bed very comfortable. The wooden stove made sure we never got cold and we just loved sitting in front of the fire, reading or watching the deer passing by from the forest. Robert was a great host - he was very responsive, everything was ready from firewood to water to a warm shower and he kindly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have wished for a better break and would love to come back in the future.

Z całego serca polecam pobyt w Osadzie Ptosek. Gospodarze to przecudowni ludzie. Bardzo mili i pomocni. Domek jest przygotowany tak, że czuć się w nim jak w domu. Zmywarka, garnki i talerze. Wystrój przepiękny, a widoki z okna dają możliwość zapomnieć o codzienności. Miejsce przyjazne dla zwierząt. W okolicy domku co jakiś czas pojawiają się sarenki i inne niegroźne dzikie zwierzątka. Chętnie wrócimy tu ponownie ❤️

We stayed here for a family reunion and absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed. There were so many little details and fun activities — both for kids and adults. The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We’d definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Bardzo czyste miejsce, świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, jest miejsce na ognisko i grilla co jest bardzo dużym plusem, polecam.

The house is located on the hill so the view is beautiful and very peaceful! The place has pretty much everything, very new, cozy and clean so we felt like home. The hosts were very flexible as we had to adjust our dates at the last moment but there was no problem, so we’re very thankful :-)

Pobyt w domku był naprawdę super. W okolicy są inne domki, ale w ogóle to nie przeszkadza. Na bardzo duży plus możliwość skorzystania z rowerów i z przyczepki. Świetny taras i duża przestrzeń wokół domku do skorzystania i palenia ogniska. Pobyt oceniam jako bardzo dobry. Można wypocząć z dala od zgiełku samochodów i innych ludzi. Miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia.

Dobrze urządzony domek w bardzo spokojnym miejscu. Wokół świetne tereny na spacery i jadę rowerem. Przy domku grill i ognisko z rusztem. Sam domek czysty i użyteczny. Fajne miejsce na spokojny weekend.
