Stan je površine 95m2, posjeduje 3 spavaće sobe, dnevnu sobu, kupatilo, kuhinju, trpezariju i 3 terase. Može komotno da se smjeti 5 osoba. Opremljen je WI - FI mrežom, kablovskom televizijom i klima uredjajima. Udaljen je 1,6 km od centra grada i hotela Hilton, 10 min hoda od autobuske i željezniče stanice, 11 km od aerodroma.
