An outstanding villa with stunning views. Ivana, Kety & their father were outstanding hosts, friendly, helpful and informative. We were lucky enough to be staying when it was their father’s birthday and were treated to the most delicious dinner of roast lamb, roast potatoes, salad, cheeses and the most gorgeous desserts and homemade red wine from their own produce. Ivana was always extremely helpful and helped us find car parks and book a boat trip. A great tip, is get an Uber into Dubrovnik Old Town, it was so much cheaper than parking and they take you right into the town. Highly recommend this beautiful Villa !

What a brilliant spot. We took full advantage of everything this listing has to offer - morning swims in the Adriatic, a hot tub that was easy to use, kitchen we could cook in and patio we could lounge around. Would highly recommend to others and a great value for the ocean access, privacy and views.

It's awesome place, nice design, brilliant panoramic view. Good kitchen, nice TV, good barbecue place and nice chill zone with panoramic view. Also as a pros excellent bad with fantastic pillows, my sleep was perfect. From cons i would recommend to be prepared to be isolated, it's not walkable to Budva center, only by car. If you are more than 4 then you need 2 cars to go there and back and it already doesn't worth it. It's just matter of preferences, on the other side you won't have such panoramic overview. In general we had a nice stay and no problems, just sometimes wanted to be more closer to the center.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Als wir ankamen hat das Navi uns erst in eine andere Straße lotsen wollen aber wir haben es dann doch relativ schnell gefunden. Als wir ankamen ist ein junger Mann sofort zu uns gestoßen und hat uns alles erklärt und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Seine Mutter hat uns sofort mit kalten Getränken versorgt u. die Familie war wirklich super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie wohnten in dem kleinen Häuschen das sich genau auf dem Weg zum Privatstrand befindet. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Ausblick ein Traum. Die Appartements haben alles was man braucht zum Leben und in der Nähe der Villa gibt es genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants mit gutem Essen.Der privat Strand war wunderschön und wir durften sogar Masken und Paddelboot ausleihen zum schwimmen.Egal was wir gebraucht haben,die Familie war immer da. Auch der Pool war schön groß und sauber. Den Flughafen in der Nähe hat man nicht wirklich gehört aber es war beeindruckend die Flieger starten zu sehen. Vielen Dank für alles

Lovely location - within walking distance of the waterfront and harbour. Lovely views from front bedroom balcony and patio. Two very nice bathrooms - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. It was lovely to sit on the patio around the pool. Staircase to first floor is steep! We rarely used the kitchen as we prefer to eat out in the evening. There was an array of restaurants to choose from . We had an ice cream most nights from a fabulous ice cream shop near the supermarket and bought croissants and bread from the bakers every day. Had a lovely relaxing break. Kristina is a great host and quickly answers any questions you may have.

This villa is absolutely gorgeous and right on the sea with direct access to swimming. We were a group of women here for a week and Marija’s team worked incredibly hard to help make our stay easy—from getting transport when we needed it to offering helpful advice to even arranging for us to order a birthday cake (which they delivered in the rain) 😊. The villa has unmatched views and so many nice spots to just sit and relax. It’s within 5 minutes to walk to two restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, two coffee cafes and the bus stop. Additional restaurants are a longer walk, approx 30 min, depending on your pace. But the walk is on the sea and beautiful so time passes quickly. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent from Marija’s team again.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in Gordans Villa in Split! Die Lage ist ideal und gut erreichbar, sodass wir ohne Probleme anreisen konnten. Die Villa war makellos sauber, was uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Gordan war ein unglaublich freundlicher Gastgeber und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen Pool, der perfekt für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen ist. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Erfahrung – wir können Gordans Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a fantastic time and everything went as planned. We did our research and choose this property for the local bus connections to trogir and split. The villa is the best we have stayed in, modern and still looks like new. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with us. The villa is fully equipped and had everything expected and more. There is a lot of construction works being undertaken with many new villas and flats being built, the area is very much under development however this didn't affect our stay.

Everything about this property is FIRST CLASS - the hosts Boris & Katija have built an amazing place for your Dubrovnik holiday. We were a group of 8 adults and were amazed at how huge the property was, the amenities it had (a sparkling infinity pool, steam, sauna, a well appointed kitchen - you name it). But most importantly the hosts themselves were wonderful - they helped us out in every way possible with the transfers to/from Dubrovnik airport & the daily visits to the Old town. They recommended us a nice speed boat for a full day trip to all the surrounding islands. If you do end up staying here do not miss the almost private beach at your disposal All in all it was an amazing 3 night stay for us all & I am sure we will be coming back here & recommending it to our friends to try it out. In dieser Unterkunft konnten wir mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub verbringen, denn trotz dem gemeinsamen Haus, hatten wir dank den einzelnen Schlaf und Badezimmer privatphäre. Der Strand ist einen gemütlichen Spaziergang entfernt, jedoch sehr anstrengend um wieder zur Unterkunft zu gelangen, da diese auf einem Hügel ist. Darum haben wir ein Taxi gebraucht um dahin zukommen. In Makarska kann man sehr viel Unternehmen, uns wurde nie Langweilig. Wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt beim Check-in. Danke das wir kommen durften!

Our group of 6 adults and 2 children had plenty of room. The house was in terrific shape, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were excellent, location was a steep walk down to the water but totally worth it. The views are amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Great and communicative host.

Wir haben die Zeit in Villa Lucella sehr genossen. Wir waren 9 Personen, wobei die Villa auch entspannt Platz für 10-15 Leute bietet. Die Unterkunft mit allen Ausstattungsmerkmalen entsprach 1:1 der Erwartung und den Bildern. Alles war sehr sauber und modern. Eltern des Vermieters wohnen nebenan, was wir eher positiv und unkompliziert wahrgenommen haben. Besonders gefallen haben uns die tollen Sportanlagen (Beachvolleyball, Tennis inkl. Flutlicht), die wir intnsiv genutzt haben sowie Pool, Sauna und Jacuzzi. Positiv überrascht hat uns auch, dass es zu jedem Zimmer ein eigenes Bad gab. Einzig negative Kritik ist der wiederholte Geruch nach Rauch/Qualm in einem der Badezimmer in Verbindung mit dem Grillen (kam über die Lüftung). Alles in allem hatten wir eine großartige und unkomplizierte Woche und kommen gerne wieder.

Mara was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was great we enjoyed the view, pool and hot tub. In fact we enjoyed spending our days around the villa. Mara introduced us to a local taxi gentleman Marco who was fabulous and recommended restaurants and boat trips and days out. If you don’t have a car use Marco.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

Wir haben Nenad und Vedrana als ganz tolle Gastgeber kennengelernt. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und die Unterkunft wurde mit ihren Details vor Ort übergeben. Alles war so wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt, Details wurde erläutert und Hilfestellung bei der Freizeitgestaltung angeboten. Das nahmen wir gerne in Anspruch und es war einfach klasse. Die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthaltes hervorragend und Nenad war immer ansprechbar. Wir können uns einfach nur herzlich für einen tollen Urlaub bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

Kristel’s place is beautiful. It’s up in the mountains and so you do need a car but the drive is worth the views. Sunsets are fabulous and we loved the walks in the local area. When we went, the restaurants weren’t open as it was the end of season but we bbq’d, ate at home or went into Split for the evening. Kristel and her husband are lovely and keen to help. There was an issue with the pool and they were very helpful and quick to respond. They allowed us to check in early and met us at the bottom of the hill to show us how to get to their house as it is a bit tricky first time if you don’t know where to go. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place.

I can recommend this house we were a group of 9 people and everyone was happy. Always quick contact with the host, house in a nice quiet area, about 20 minutes to the center on foot. The house was clean, the rooms were very nice, just like in the pictures, the house is big, I think you can feel at home there. The bathrooms are great, only the grout in the showers would need to be replaced, but as it is, there is nothing to complain about. The pool is wonderful, nothing to add, nothing to take away. To sum up, I can wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone! ❤️

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
