Fantastic apartment with parking space. The communication was great, and the flexible check-in was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the old town. Highly recommended!

Een fijn, ruim en modern appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien, met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Er is overal aan gedacht, om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam 😊. Het centrum van Trogir is een kleine 15 minuten lopen, dat vonden wij een prima afstand. Wij hebben genoten!

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! Thank you for our stay.

The place was perfect for us. We spent two wonderful weeks at Marija’s property. The “peninsula” offers plenty of opportunities for those who prefer not to travel too far, yet still want to experience different beaches. We explored both sides of the peninsula's bays by kayaking and swimming. The area is incredibly peaceful, and Marija and Milan's home, with its enchanting garden, is conveniently located near everything in the small village. Larger shops, offering more variety and lower prices, are just a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and kindness.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

Strávili jsme nádhernou dovolenou v apartmánu v Primoštenu. Apartmán byl prostorný, čistý a nabízel úžasný výhled na moře. Byli jsme opravdu spokojeni s pohodlím a vybavením. Majitelé byli velmi milí a vstřícní, vždy ochotni pomoci a poradit. Jediné, co kazilo dojem z jinak perfektního pobytu, byl občasný nepříjemný zápach z odpadu, který byl v některých dnech opravdu nepříjemný. Majitelé o problému vědí a snaží se ho řešit, což oceňujeme, a věříme, že se situace brzy zlepší. Celkově však šlo o velmi příjemné ubytování, a přestože tento problém byl nepříjemný, věříme, že se jedná o dočasnou záležitost. Doporučujeme ubytování pro ty, kteří hledají klidné místo s krásným výhledem a přátelským přístupem majitelů.

This place was perfect for our stay! Very close to Hvar and the host was the most helpful with check in.

Rest in this house is super comfortable and cozy. Perfect place for family vacation with children. We are sure that we will return here next season.

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Ivana hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen mit Geschenken und einem flexiblen früheren Check-In. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus, das man den günstigen Preis nicht angesehen hat! Tolle Aussicht, Lage direkt am Meer und super Aussenbereich. Ivana hat immer sehr schnell und super freundlich geantwortet und sich mega schnell um Probleme gekümmert

Wir hatten alle 6 Gäste einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Der BESTE GASTGEBER, den wir je hatten. Josip, freundlich und hilfsbereit, war stets ansprechbar und vor Ort. Ob es um Rückfragen oder um seine Hilfe ging, er war für alles zuverlässig und schnell zur Stelle. Er hat uns auch beim Grillen geholfen. Er hat uns zum 1. Grillabend eingeladen. Er hat uns weiteren Fisch und Fleisch zum Grillen aus der Region günstig und in sehr hoher Qualität besorgt. Das Holz zum Grillen hat er uns ohne Zusatzkosten zur Verfügung gestellt. Seine Gastfreundlichkeit ist beeindruckend. Er war dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und sauber, die Utensilien (Geschirr, Besteck, Spülmittel, Waschmittel…) genügend vorhanden. Der Balkon ist mit seinem Blick einfach traumhaft.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The sea-view apartment from Goran is just perfect and wonderful! We stayed with the family and enjoyed it very much. The view is stunning and the apartment is very clean and perfectly air conditioned. We have an electric car and could nicely charge quickly and economically at hotel Ola just 5 minutes to walk. We enjoyed the great beaches and the beautiful city of Split which is quite close. Goran is a very kind and helpful host. Any time again, very much recommended.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

We had the most wonderful stay at Erna's property! The apartment is gorgeous and cozy, has lots of charm, and is in a lovely setting, just a few metres from the water. Everything needed was provided to us and the apartment kitchen was well equipped. We made good use of the bikes, outdoor kitchen (bonus) and paddleboard. While we didn't actually go to Split as much as we were planning, we ended up preferring spending time in our neighbourhood and exploring the rest of Kaštela with the use of the bikes :) Barbara and her husband were also very welcoming and we felt honoured to be invited to spend time with them. We will miss this place and its hosts! tips: best beach near the apartment seems to be a 6 minute walk to the right once leaving the gate. Kaštela is also to the right when leaving the gate. biking is possible all along the coast. the historic buildings are very charming. May be best to take the bus to Trojir as the highway portion doesn't have much of a shoulder. Thanks!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung bei Trogir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit Supermarkt und Apotheke in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr komfortabel, insbesondere die Betten haben uns überzeugt. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die großzügige Terrasse mit einer grandiosen Aussicht – besonders beim Frühstück oder Abendessen ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer kleinen Wanne ausgestattet, was das Duschen zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig machte. Mit ein wenig Übung war das jedoch kein Problem und hat unser Urlaubserlebnis keineswegs negativ beeinflusst. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft ist, wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt, ziemlich steil – sieht jedoch schlimmer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Auch mit einem Kombi war sie problemlos zu bewältigen und wurde schnell zur Routine auf dem Weg zu unseren Ausflüge

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

Ho soggiornato nell'alloggio di Iain And Joyce una decina di giorni in agosto. Direi tutto perfetto, la location è bellissima direttamente sul mare nella proprietà privata del residence quindi senza macchine o traffico ti godi in pieno la natura. L'appartamento arredato in maniera essenziale ed è un valore aggiunto per una casa vacanza, luminoso e spazioso. Noi eravamo in tre e le dimensioni erano perfette. La terrazza è magnifica per cenare e vedere gli splendidi tramonti. Si trova all'interno di un residence dove si può usufruire di tutti i servizi dai vari ristoranti al market. Il contatto con i padroni di casa nonostante non siano presenti in loco è sempre stato immediato. L'unico difetto è che è talmente rilassante che passa la voglia di muoversi dalla location. Super consigliato !

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

Marina war eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und in einem tollen Zustand. Marina hat frische Erdbeeren und Kuchen bereitgestellt und im Kühlschrank konnte man alle wichtigen Dinge für die erste Zeit finden (Butter, Getränke, Marmelade, Toastbrot,...). Das kannten wir bisher so nicht und fanden es super. Wir fanden lediglich zwei Dinge etwas schade, die Spülmaschine hat nicht funktioniert und der Strand war aufgrund einer riesigen Umbaumaßnahme nicht zugänglich. Ansonsten alles tiptop.
