Fantastic apartment with parking space. The communication was great, and the flexible check-in was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was well-equipped. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the old town. Highly recommended!

We were able to get in a little early and it absolutely made the day so much better. Really loved our time in Trogir, and the apartment is immaculate!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Kaštel Stari was truly a hidden gem! Only 15 min drive from Trogir and about 20-25 min from Split Marina. Perfect to explore around but quiet place to stay and relax if you want. The beautiful beach was just steps away, so convenient. There is coffee, ice cream, market, lots of restaurants and they even had a small public market outside our window in the courtyard! Locals were also super friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again. A unique stay within 300 year old walls and old town. Jelena was a great host and super responsive! Thank you for our stay.

Lovely stay. Beach access with gorgeous and makes it worth every cent. Bed was comfy and the air con was one of the first we have had on our trip that didn’t make a weird noise! The name of the apartment is on G**gle maps but when you actually arrive it’s only identifiable by the unit number which the host didn’t provide us. We figured it out by the photos though so all was fine in the end

The place was perfect for us. We spent two wonderful weeks at Marija’s property. The “peninsula” offers plenty of opportunities for those who prefer not to travel too far, yet still want to experience different beaches. We explored both sides of the peninsula's bays by kayaking and swimming. The area is incredibly peaceful, and Marija and Milan's home, with its enchanting garden, is conveniently located near everything in the small village. Larger shops, offering more variety and lower prices, are just a 15-minute drive away. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for all the thoughtfulness and kindness.

We travel all around the world and Ivana's place is definitely one of our favorites. She went out of her way to make us feel at home right from the beginning and her incredible positive energy really made us love the place. The location is very good and the place is close to the beach and everything you need. The view was amazing and we would definitely stay here again. Ivana was very responsive with any questions that we had and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. We had a minor issue with an appliance that Ivana and her husband came to take care of right away which we really appreciated. If this place is available we highly recommend that you book right away and the hosts will take care of the rest!

The vacation was amazing. The location was amazing close to the beach, marina, restaurant and shops. View from apartment was breathtaking. Flat was clean and exactly like on the photo. Owner was kind and friendly with us. We recommend it 100% and we are sure we will come back next vacation. Thanks to Josip and his wife. Best kind family. ❤️

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Ivana welcomed us very warmly with gifts and a flexible early check-in. We had a great time at the house, which you wouldn't expect for the low price! Great view, location right by the sea and great outdoor area. Ivana always responded very quickly and super friendly and took care of problems super quickly

Absolutely amazing place! The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed. The view was just breathtaking! Josip was such an amazing host, very welcoming, and responsive. I would definitely return to this place!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Beautiful villa with lovely sea views from the balcony. They wait for your arrival and see you off too! They drop off fresh fruit in the morning and come see you if you have any issues. Very nice stay, stunning pool. Great for people who get around with their own car

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Our stay at Vicko's place was lovely. From check-in to the place, which was very tastefully decorated and super clean and cozy, to hassle-free check-out and good communication with Vicko, everything was great. We will be happy to come back!

We got a very warm welcome. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Everything worked. We didn’t need to contact Petra during our stay as everything was provided. The terrace was very private, spacious and with beautiful views day and night. The beach and shop are 3-5 minute walk away stocking most items. If you don’t have a car, we decided not to hire, use Uber, super cheap. The 42 bus seems to run only week days in the winter and stops at the shop, again very cheap. So glad we stayed here, would stay again.

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

I stayed at Iain And Joyce's place for about ten days in August. I would say everything is perfect, the location is beautiful directly on the sea in the private property of the residence so without cars or traffic you fully enjoy nature. The apartment is furnished in an essential way and is an added value for a vacation home, bright and spacious. There were three of us and the size was perfect. The terrace is magnificent for dining and seeing the beautiful sunsets. It is located inside a residence where you can enjoy all the services from the various restaurants to the market. Contact with the hosts despite not being on site has always been immediate. The only drawback is that it's so relaxing that the urge to move around the location is so relaxing. Super Recommended !

Everything was perfect

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.
