The house is 1.6 km from the Baltic Sea, which can be reached through the forest. The property consists of two separate apartments, but is rented as a whole. The house includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large terrace and a spacious garden with furniture, a grill, a playground and a parking lot for 3 cars. The area is fenced and locked.

200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand.  Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.

In the treetops

Relax in the heart of nature – a comfortable cottage overlooking the forest. A comfortable, modern cottage in Niedalin on a large, private plot with two terraces and a forest view. Inside, there is a fireplace, a mezzanine, and a kitchenette. Outside trampoline, swing, fire pit. There is a scenic forest trail to Lake Hajka – it only takes 20 minutes to walk! Po raz pierwszy! Zapraszam do wynajęcia nowego (2018) całorocznego domu w zabudowie bliźniaczej nad morzem w uroczej, spokojnej miejscowości Łukęcin (7 km od Dziwnowa, 15 km od Kamienia Pomorskiego). Dom położony jest ok. 250 m od morza na skraju sosnowego lasu. Przeznaczony jest dla maksymalnie 6 osób (w tym dzieci). Jego powierzchnia to ok. 90 m2. Wewnątrz domu obowiązuje zakaz palenia.
